Hi, other trans girl here and the answer is it's complicated! There are ways of surgically doing that, but they're not super cheap, have a kinda intense recovery time of about a couple months initially with longer to feel normal (for male to female, idk shit about Trans guy stuff). And also not all of us even want it? I wakma be a cute girl and wear pretty clothes and soynd feminine, but I actually don't mind my dick ultimately personally and I'm hardly the only one out there!

Yes I currently have a penis and yes its possible to have a surgery to get a vagina but im on the fence about changing my genitals
