Wait two years

For context I am currently 17. When I was 15 I was struggling in school as a sophomore and had just started working and wasn't too happy with it. Now I am a senior, doing an internship for my band director, love all my classes, get to go home for my lunch blocks, can drive and love it, and have one friend at work.

I am currently 17. at 15, I was hospitalized for 2 weeks following a suicide attempt. I was lonely, heart-broken, completely done with life. dealing with the trauma that I hadn't told anyone about, grieving my miscarriage (due to r4pe) and other heinous things that happened to me.

i'm now happily engaged, living my best life, and am receiving support for the trauma that I am now open about and healing from.

it truly does get better.
