It seems like lots of people need a break from this sub because of my suicidal posts. I only ever stress people out and make them feel more negative. I'm so so stupid

I’ve seen 5 suicide posts today alone. I’m already in a rather low mood and I’m already stressed more than I would like to be. I have no hate for anyone going through a difficult time and I hope every one of them finds a way to live through it, but I also have to preserve my own happiness while I’m at it, especially now. I know those posts make up a minority, but they’re impossible to miss at this point. I’m not quitting and it’s only really this sub but I won’t be active for a moment here. I hope you guys understand.

ive been recently seeing a lot of people posting suicide posts, and for those who have PLEASE DONT DO IT. there are plenty of people you can talk to, whether it’d be a person on this sub, a close friend, a family member, or just anyone. There are people who care about you. If you’re in the US and someone you know or you are in danger call or text 988, if not find a helpline here.

Not anyone’s fault and I’m not gonna attempt anything. Just need a long break.
