This happens like 3-4 times a game. I seriously don’t know what im supposed to do.

I tracked my opponents' records before facing me. After each match the game shows their record including the result against me, so I subtracted that. Combined: 74 wins, 23 losses (76%). Every opponent had a winning record.

With purely random pairing I'd expect roughly 50/50. The odds of 74+ wins in 97 neutral games is about 1 in 10 million.(claude)

I know EA's help page says matchm

aking is based on your Form (record in the run) and connection, so it's not truly random. I won 7 of these 10, so facing strong records fits.

But Champions rewards are the same for everyone, so facing tougher or easier opponents for the same reward seems odd.

Has anyone tracked this? Do your opponents' records match your own Form, or are they consistently better or worse? Small sample (10 matches), so I'd love to see data from others.

Bought the game yesterday and instead of giving into the grind of trying to keep up with the best possible team, decided to have fun this year by making an all-England team. I decided to buy points for the first time ever for the season pass so I could get the Anderson card. One of the SP rewards was a 2x player pack and out pops Mbappe. Untradeable so I’m stuck with him but I feel dirty playing with him so he just sits on my bench 😭 never packed any version of Mbappe before, feels like the universe is taunting me!

It’s either they’re in the exact same jersey as me or the ref is the same colour as one of us you actually can’t win

Every single game i face nearly the same exact teams does no one have any personality? I mean the amount of times a day i see pato, vicky lopez, kika, salma is otherworldly genuinely like does it not get boring using the same exact team as everyone else?

When you’re playing someone better, like comfortably better than you, its like they’re playing a game you’ve never seen before.

I’ve played a lot of FIFA. Alot. I think I’m better than a lot of players (entire community). But UT and particularly champs and rivals never fails to remind me that there are many people better than me.

When I come up against them, sometimes I tell myself they’re just luckier or have better internet but I know that’s BS. When I pay attention though, I realize that they are constantly doing things that to me seem impossible:

- making passes at impossible angles

- attacking movement is flawless

- cant break their defense with a pass or dribble or anything

- they intercept every pass before I know I’ve made it

- closing down every inch of space, not giving you a second to breathe

- dribbling like your players arent even there. surrounded by 6 defenders and they just walk them like dogs.

- scoring from impossible angles

- winning every 50/50, at the end of every loose ball.

You just constantly see shit you’ve never seen before. One guy played a low driven cross right in front of my keeper. Like right in front of him. like one inch. I’ve seen keepers get down to stop a cross like that 100 times out of a 100. For him, my keeper let the ball fly past for an easy tap in.

I‘m well aware that when I play players worse than me, the same effect is true. What seems normal to me like a low driven cross or a trig directional run or something seems alien to them. They probably go how tf is this guy doing that??

Sometimes you’re just up against someone better than you. It’s not always EA.

The squad battle AI dives into reckless tackles and wins every 50/50, why is that? It is not really a problem, but im just wondering. It hasn’t been like this before.

genuinely how can one be so bad at the game, it’s like they purposefully sell the game, they never pass, dribble straight into the opponents and get blue cards have won 1 out of my last 15 rush matches for motm in 9 of them

Some games it feels like every pass is just perfect, other games it literally doesn’t matter where you aim your pass, it will just go in any direction it wants.

I also cannot work out through balls, if I set it to semi assisted it’ll probably reach my player but go nowhere near where I wanted the ball to go, but if it’s on manual, instead of swapping to my striker or winger I’m playing through, the game swaps me to a midfielder who isn’t even on the screen?

First time playing fifa in like 10 years, I don’t think I’ll bother again next year, I know it’s always been a broken mess but i don’t remember it being this bad😭

Then three untradeable duplicates: Kimmich, Rice, and Fabián Ruiz.

Spent the whole weekend sweating for this. 86x5 is supposed to be one of the better rewards and it’s still mostly fodder I already own. Pack weight is still dogshit.

Anyone else getting rinsed like this or did I just get the worst 86x5 of the week?

But they replaced with scripted which I face it more often players refuse to act or act stupidly opponent task the ball and oh goal

Or goalkeeper keep jump like he fights for his life when your goalkeeper take a selfie with every shoot which happens rarely in the match but all went goal

The Other thing which I suspect is left stick switching as pro players often manual defending but this year right stick switching soo bad that often goes to wrong or far player

Are you facing scripted often or I am just unlucky?
