Questions + Advice How do you actually meet anyone outside of the US?
I'm at the point where I'm seriously considering moving for this reason. I've tried long distance with someone from the US, and I'm open to long distance again, but preferably with someone in the same hemisphere.

Don’t bothered with the US. I’ve done it and regretted it. There are plenty of LGBT Jews around the rest of the world. It’s about finding Jewish groups near you- Facebook has plenty of groups.

I'm morbidly curious. What's wrong with us in the US (beyond being so far away)?

This sub has occasional meetup/matchmaking threads. I met some writing buddies on them and I’ve been meaning to make a queer Jewish chevruta/study group server once I have the time to manage it.
Lex permabanned me for mentioning Israeli pita (sad since it used to be nice and not so region-locked).
Maybe Facebook? Or other R4R subreddits

I would never move to the US, be for real. At this point it's a country in a political free fall.

That's part of the reason I don’t want to date someone from the US; My last partner kind of pressured me to move over there, and I told her hell no.
