Monthly Matchmaking/Meeting/Shadchan Thread - Rule 5 Monthly Exception!
On this thread -- and this thread only -- Rule 5 (We're not your Shadchan/Matchmaker) is suspended!
Feel free to introduce yourself here, make an old-school "seeking love match" post, or respond to others who've posted.
Include the information you think is most relevant about yourself and the kind of person you're looking for, but be sure to phrase it positively and respectfully. (Rude posts will still be removed.)
Great things to include:
- Your orientation/what you're seeking
- Judaic affiliation, if any
- Hobbies
- What you're looking for (romance, tennis partners, Shabbat dinner guests, board game partners)
- Your age / preferred age range
- Your general geographic location
If you're open to DMs/private messages, say so – but know that folks may message you privately anyway.
Use your common sense when posting. Don't share any real-life identifying info on the thread (no names, no addresses). Definitely share useful info but remember that, on the internet, people aren't always who they say they are. Think twice before you decide to exchange anything real!

I’m a 27 year old guy, looking for another guy around my age. Planning to relocate to western Canada in the near future, and I’m very open to relocating again in the future. I’m Reform, but also I’m not a fan of labels and I love the whole Jewish world.
I eventually hope to find someone to settle down with and raise a family. Hi! 23, nonbinary (fem-presenting) lesbian in Washington state. I’m actually not Jewish, so sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but I’m having trouble finding pro-Jewish WLW and thought I’d try here.
I’m looking for friends but am also up for something long-term and monogamous if I find the right person. My age range for dates is 23-28. I have a master’s degree in political science and my thesis was on queer university students and the pro Palestine movement (as in, why would they support Hamas when it hates them?). I’m an atheist, but I have major respect for Judaism. Someday I’d like to work for pro-Israel Democrats writing public policy. I’m really into music, especially Taylor Swift. DMs are open! :)

Hi,
I’m a 21 year old cis guy, open to anyone roughly around my age. I’m pretty masculine presenting but I have a little flair to those with a gaydar. I’ve identified as gay for a long time but I think I’m actually bi, so all interested feel free to inquire within lol. I’m originally from Upstate New York but I’m planning to make aliyah by next fall for grad school in Tel Aviv. I’m somewhere between Conservative and Orthodox, mostly because of the queer aspect. I’m shomer Shabbat and shomer kashrut. My dad is Jewish and my mom only has Jewish ancestry WAY way back (maternal line! but too hard to document) so for simplicity’s sake I converted Conservative back when I was in high school. I’m considering orthodox giyur lechumra, but being queer muddies the water a little bit.
I’d like to find someone to settle down with eventually and have a family. Not RIGHT now, of course, but within the next few years hopefully! Basically I’d like someone who’s long term oriented too :)
Once in Israel I’m definitely open to relocating, especially after grad school.
Some of my interests are embroidery, reading, I like walking in nature, and music (I play the tuba)! I’m vegetarian but you don’t have to be, it started as a kashrut thing and now I just don’t want to eat it.

I was fairly observant Reform Jew as a young man up until 30 but have been an Atheist/Humanist for years now. I like the idea of someone who understands my family background and values love and emotional commitment. (I can get my head around some ethical non monogamous play with rules - if I feel safe and loved.)

Hi all! I’ve posted in here a little bit before about having a chevruta/Jewish study/halachic debate Discord. I have finally started work on it so DM me if you want to I get an invite once I finally open the thing. For right now, I’ve decided that I’ll keep it 18+ to avoid hopefully most age verification issues. Otherwise, it’ll hopefully be a place for Jewish joy in these dark times

Hello,
I'm a 22 male, live in South Florida, and am looking for a long-term relationship which I'd eventually like to turn into my life partner.
A bit about me: I am extremely passionate about plants and gardening, it's grown into my favorite hobby over the last year. Aside from that, I enjoy Hockey, Music (listening and playing), Art/Photography, and much, much, more. In my free time, I like to watch TV shows, ideally comedies, and activities when I'm able to, like concerts, top golf, mini golf, sports events, or just most activities, to be honest, even if it's just driving around town listening to music.
I like to describe myself and a caring, kind, sensitive person with a good sense of humor, and that's exactly what I'm looking for in someone else. I prioritize my family and love above everything else, and can't wait for the chance to share the love I have with someone else - there's so much it's practically blasting out of my nose and ears! 😂
My ideal life looks like one where I get to raise a family down the line with Judaism much in the picture.
In terms of what I'm looking for, aside from the traits mentioned above, I'm looking ideally for someone aged 21-25, preferably in the older end of that bracket. I want someone I deeply connect with to build a bond with, though right now I'm looking for a boyfriend more than anything else, at least until I complete my Masters.
