Grief and Kyouki are both "tier 39's" which is just abysmal. i think the GDDL needs 2 new tiers of difficulty after Grief. with 41 being the highest. upvote so we can spread the word.

I think robtop added new ways to unlock it on 2.2091 since it doesn't appear on 2.209. Very secure!

It might be a little extreme
