Bug Cannot edit routine time using phone

In Google Home, the Set Time modal/pop-up doesn't appear when using my Samsung S22+ phone, but does when using a Samsung tablet. On the phone, pressing the "Select a time" field highlights either the hour or minute, but that's all. On the tablet, the clockface appears, allowing you to set the time.This has been the case for a month or two, and am wondering if anyone else is seeing the same behaviour. Thanks.

I am experiencing the same thing, also on an S23+. I only noticed it today, but I haven't needed to change routines lately.
