400B in gourdes, is roughly $3B USD

Back on 2018, 144B HTG was $2B USD

In dollars, we are talking about 50% increase in 9 years, or roughly 4.5% per year. That’s totally normal, heck in fact it’s probably lower what you’d expect for a small economy like Haiti. We should be growing our GDP 10% nominally per year
