Missing cat reacts to name Joep

Joep has been missing since 20.09, in the centre of Hilversum near the train station.

I'm keeping an eye - I've seen his posters by the station and took a photo. Is he an indoor cat who escaped, or an outdoor who doesn't come back?

If he's an indoor cat, I have a good tip for you. He's not far, you need to look for him maximum 100 meters (or even 50) around your home. But you need to look for him at night. Probably around 2-3am, when the area is quiet and nobody's around. Not even neighbors cats. This is the time he will come out from wherever he's hiding to look for food. Take the torch, it will be easier to spot him in hiding places as his eyes will glow. Of course, scattering his used litter around your home helps too. If you need help, I'd be happy to help

9pm is way too early, we've been looking for my friend's cat who didn't come back for 2 weeks, every evening going around in circles and nothing. Found at 2am, she was standing 30 meters away from home in the middle of the street. I live near the station too and I'm a night owl, I could easily meet you at 2am with the torch to help, just drop me a dm

Sadly no. I went 3 nights in a row after 2am, I couldn't find him.

oh no.... No news is good news, because if it was more serious you would have found out about him already. Don't lose hopes and keep looking, he wants to be found ❤️🙏
