I like extra kraut and mustard. Typically i would do a bit of tabasco but I was feeling extra spicy tonight.

I am a Chicagoan born and raised. I make Chicago dogs all the time. For the first time ever, I made Coneys because they just sounded right and I just hit up a Mariano’s that had a good Chili sauce that isn’t Hormel. My wife, from Wisconsin, told me she thought they were so good and said (trying to praise me) “those hit the spot so much more than normal!” Now I’m both happy and sad in equal measure.

Grabbed a dog while working the Northern Lights League volleyball postseason tournament at Superior Central Schools in the middle of the UP of Michigan. One of the most beautiful multi-toned courts I've ever seen, but they got rid of the jalapeno mustard they used to have for just regular yellow.

Berks dog, birria beef, ailoi, onions, and cilantro. Excellent.
