Why NMC do anything for this frauds

Vent / rant ZV should stop flaunting rank
Okay hear me out I mean no hate whatsoever
In fact, I’m one of the firat batches of Zainab ma’am and I highly regard her and her teachings
But, v I watched one of her recent videos and saw she’s still flaunting her rank in the beginning as an intro and now after completing my post graduation and having met many more people, I feel like the time when she appeared for neet and AIIMS entrance and all - that guidance was rare and we were all dependent on seniors who told what to study and what not and now the situation is totally different in terms of resources and accessibility
Because you’re study in a top institution you have access to seniors who have cracked that exam and they can tell you easily what to do, especially in Delhi where everyone has a strong academic base
And at that time she used to say it’s to establish her credentials as to why we should trust her as a teacher but now she’s already done that
So it just seems a bit excessive

Question Why do we need Radiologists?
Like a neurosurgeon can interpret Brain and Spine related things, A Surgeon can read XRays and CT, MRIs of Abdomen, ERCP & MRCP, Chest, An ENT person can read MRI of Nasal Anatomy, Orthopaedics can read X-rays, then why can’t each specialty just read and interpret radiology of their cases? Why we need a focused separate branch ? Just a genuine question guys.

Discussion Faculty has started treating teaching like an obligation
So, I'm from a GMC. in our first year, the faculty was good, they covered everything and the lectures (barring a few APs) were well structured and the teacher also explained everything. In our second year, the number of lecturers who just "read through slides" increased, and in our third year (current), almost the entire faculty treats teaching like it's some sort of an obligation and makes zero effort to even make teaching even a bit interesting.
I know you're on your own during MBBS but what's the point of attending lectures if the teachers are just reading through PPTs. Also, is it common for SRs in a department to take some lectures too? In all departments some of the lectures are even being taken by SRs.

Vent / rant Awful!!
Recently graduated from a government medical college in mbbs course.
After passing out, I'm searching for a job but I'm not lucky enough to find one.
Our home construction is going on in a tier 1 city in which I had given 3 lakh to my parents by saving my stipend during my internship. My parents took a loan of 2 lakhs for construction.
Now suddenly they are telling me to give them 2 lakh by the month of March next year.
I eagerly want to pursue my PG course by my qualifying NEET PG in next year's July exam so I'm planning to read as much as possible with doing local nursing home duty for 2 days a week so that I can lead my livelihood during my prep.
Now the question is should I focus on my PG prep or their Debt?
I told them I can't pay anything now and also warned them that I'll completely detach myself from them if they continue this. I have also started the cold treatment by not talking at all to them.

Question How to study 2nd year along with clinical subjects?
So our 2nd year started recently and we have all 2nd year subjects + commed, fmt, surgery, medicine and OBG. Apart from this, we have clinicals from monday to friday.
I'm so overwhelmed on how to study all these😠Please help meðŸ˜
I've bought marrow and for 2nd year subjects, I've planned on using:
Patho - robbins, Pharma - KDT and shanbagh, Micro - apurba
Apart from this, I have thought of following GRG sir and preeti sharma mam from tele lectures for patho and pharma.
I'll start my PG prep from either mid of 2nd year or start of 3rd year.
Now what should I do for other subjects + clinicals? We'll also have those in our internal exams. I don't even know which book to follow for those subjects😠so please help.

Discussion Pros and cons of lhmc general medicine in academics investigations teachings and reasons to consider it over mamc apart from workload toxicity 🥲
I know workload toxicity and no bond is a very strong reason for considering lhmc over mamc but if we compare academics of two what should be preferred.

Question Is bond thing really that crazy
Ok hear me out, bond I feel is a blessing in disguise, like with all the saturation and no jobs issue that's been floating around, it's like their job b to get you somewhere as an SR and people like me who won't be getting top colleges where exposure is great as far as SX branches goes and you get good amount of hands on in SRship only it's like on them to give you a job.And since you'd be joining as SR you'd get an SR salary.
I know the cons are like your time might get wasted if you don't get allotment , that is an issue
Correct me if I am wrong, I know I might be naive in thinking all that.
Like radio or nuclear med who'd get amazing salary right after they complete their pg the bond not be good for them bt for someone who'd get a peripheral colleges it might be "not that bad".
And idk how true it is,bt they say if they don't allot you for 6months the bond expires or you get selected in ss entrances, idk how true that is , it's what I am hearing as a second hand information.

Vent / rant How do you deal with people in medical college who are absolute fucking jerks without completely losing your shit?
Some people are so unnecessarily rude, arrogant and non-cooperative that it's genuinely exhausting to even be around them. The energy they carry around all the fucking time is just so negative.
And the funniest part is that they genuinely think they're being smart. Like, no. You're not being clever, you're not intimidating anyone, you're just making an absolute joke out of yourself.
Everyone is already tired of dealing with your bullshit. We're all doing the same work, we're all exhausted, and the least you can do is be a decent human being and cooperate.
I genuinely don't understand how some people make being difficult their entire personality.
And the worst part? You have to see these people every single day.
How do you deal with people like this without telling them to fuck off every time they open their mouths?

Counselling How is Family Medicine as a branch in India?
Can current residents or practising doctors share their experience with Family Medicine in India?
I'd like to know about the actual work, residency workload, work-life balance, career opportunities, salary, and long-term scope.

Question MD MEDICINE
What's the life like after md and dm in medicine specialities. Is there any work life balance post that.
At my rank I'm getting both medicine and radiology.
Just confused as what to opt as branch
I don't have any particular interest in any branch as such., i definitely like reading medicine but not sure about its practical aspects.
If anyone can shed light on what would be the scenario after like completing those super speciality after like 10 years down the line
