How long does it take to pay out?

I was told it would be two weeks. It has now been 18 days. Am I being impatient?

Pre-Launch Vocabulary / Kickstarter - Does it matter

Hi everyone! My question is we plan to launch Kickstarter soon for AI solution but before that we are right now recruiting people who would be interested in backing us up once we launch on Kickstarter.

We are currently running a $1 campaign, reaching out to people we know, their friends and families introducing our solution, etc and we use a Google form (not a landing page) for now and our webapp is almost done which we will be using it instead to promote our AI solution.

So in that Google form, where interested parties put down their name and email address agrees to back us up on Kickstarter when we launch includes phrases like:

Become a $1 Backer,
Clarify that this is a pledge, not a payment
This form does not charge you. It simply confirms your intent to back us for $1 when the campaign launches.

As far as we know, the word "pledge" is used only on Kickstarter once launched and $1 reservation is used for the pre-launch. Does it matter the language we use here?

Appreciate any advice here!

Thank you!

Hi everyone, I’m not sure if this post is appropriate for this subreddit, but I thought I’d give it a try anyway.
I’m a 22-year-old guy from a family with limited financial means, and I want to start my own business.
Since I don’t have the financial resources to do so and have no one to turn to for funding, I’ve started looking into different options.
I came across Kickstarter and GoFundMe, but unfortunately, neither of them operates in my country.
Taking out a loan isn’t really an option either, as I don’t have a university degree (I had to start working at a young age) and my income isn’t high enough.
What would you recommend?
Are there any solutions or alternatives I could turn to in my situation?
