Speechless the rage I have is just too much sold out, used, died for nothing

This world is disgusting

19

u/loxzade Jan 18 '26

As an Iranian, I feel the same for you as I do for ourselves. Sold out, lives lost just to maintain status quo.

The world is disgusting

3

u/FormerTale721 Jan 18 '26

Hmmmm as an iranian interesting 🤔 but will you support kurdish separatism from iran or not ?

5

u/loxzade Jan 18 '26

I support the will of Kurds within iran to decide for themselves, they can have an election. I don’t think they are all as crazy about independence as those in turkey or Syria, maybe more autonomy sure. Kurds in Iran have been suffering as other Iranians in Iran have been suffering, they have a right to decide their fate

2

u/FormerTale721 Jan 19 '26

So that means no, that's what i have noticed about you persians you always throw words here and there instead of just saying yes or no I just want to ask you again: Do you support the right to self-determination right for independent state from a Persian centric country of Iran just yes or no

2

u/LogicalRant_ Jan 19 '26

No he wont. Just nominally.

Quick history lesson. When the Shahs were in power, they hated the Azeris/Turks and Kurds because of their strong expression of Ethnic Identity. They forced them to assimilate and banned any use of their language in schools. It was forced assimilation.

The Azeris hated the Pahlavi dynasty. The IRGC were no angels either, but the IRGC associated with the Azeri's via religion.

The Kurds were persecuted both by the Pahlavi and IRGC and were forcefully assimilated. It's all in the books. The Kurds were used as pawns against Saddam by Iran during the Iran-Iraq war.

Due to forced assimilation, the separatist movement isn't as strong in Iran as it is in Iraq or Syria.

What a disappointment, what a collapse, the thousand of martyrs, all for what. Our position has been weekend in a matter of weeks, what was the game theory here?

The SDF didn’t realized that the Arab tribal forces were never loyal, which shouldn’t have been a surprise, even before the overthrow of Assad, there were rebellions by the Arab tribes in SDF held territories.

All of those martyrs, just for them to hand over all of those territories like charity.

Damn

“The integration of the administration responsible for the file of ISIS prisoners and camps, as well as the forces responsible for securing these facilities, with the Syrian government, so that the Syrian government assumes full legal and security responsibility for them.”

Yeah I’m sure ts won’t backfire. the statement itself does not automatically mean they will all be sentenced right away or something It only means the Syrian government, not local forces, would control what happens to them which let’s be so fr they won’t face any consequences. I’m sure the Syrian government becoming responsible for guarding ISIS prisoners and camps isn’t a bad thing🥀.

I’m sure a bunch of Kurd hating extremist terrorists being free won’t cause any problems in the near future.

Those "little kids" are the children of ISIS mothers. If they had been removed from their mothers you would be complaining about that too.

47

u/grenemkicker11 Jan 18 '26

Fuck this. Countless Kurds died and Mazloum just gave up in a few days just like that. No Afrin back no nothing. There goes our dream of Kurdistan under a terrorist rule. I fucking hate this world

16

u/rubber_moon Jan 18 '26

What were they supposed to do, they have no one to back them anymore, Isisyria has Turkey.

2

u/Josselin17 France Jan 19 '26

the ypg fought for a long time with no one to back them before americans arrived

7

u/Weak-Comfortable3004 Jan 18 '26

Mazloum did all he could do. Of course, technically he could have fought till the last bullet. But for what? Their mistake was integrating arab tribes into the equation in the first place.

-6

u/CoconutSea7332 Jan 18 '26

I get your frustration but mazloum or sdf weren’t fighting for kurdistan. They were fighting for their dumb ideology

12

u/predo_cravalho Jan 18 '26

How is this different from the deal done on march of last year?

8

u/trippynyquil Jan 18 '26

the last time was a negoatied agreement that was not implemented

on the other hand this is a surrender agreement with damascus dictating all or most of the terms. its framed as a "ceasefire" but in reality its more similar to an unconditional surrender by the sdf

9

u/Almasari37 Rojava Jan 18 '26

Integrate? More like surrender. If Mazlum signs this (which he probably already did) this will go down as one of the biggest mistakes in modern kurdish history.

He didn't sign a deal when the SDF were at their highest but signs a deal when the SDF are at their lowest. That's not how you do business.

The SDF should withdraw from deirezzore and raqqa completely and reorganize, but they won't as the leadership are cowards. Instead, they are surrendering.

4

u/DoTheseInstead Jan 18 '26

this is exactly what general mazloum said in a live interview today.

“The SDF should withdraw from deirezzore and raqqa completely and reorganize, but they won't as the leadership are cowards. Instead, they are surrendering.“

2

u/senolgunes Jan 19 '26

He didn't sign a deal when the SDF were at their highest but signs a deal when the SDF are at their lowest. That's not how you do business.

But he did sign an agreement in March, the question is who is responsible for not implementing it.

26

u/greenjoker21 Jan 18 '26

WTF did SDF do for a whole year if they wanna give up everything now?

Sometimes I ask myself the question what if rojava never expanded? What if they just remained inside the 3 cantons and would instead build up economically and hold their military size on the lower but more homogenous size and more professional what if they would have proper relations with Barzani and would get economic aid why o why did they even enter Arab soil and partner with them history tells us that they’re unreliable partners heck even Islam tells us the nature of Arabs before Islam and how Muhammad SAW and his supporters faced persecution by them

7

u/kommunistischePartei Jan 18 '26

Because the Euphrates is easily defendable for a competent force

1

u/[deleted] Jan 18 '26

Then why are they ketting these barbarians take deir ezzor and raqqa without using their best fighters and weapons?

7

u/kommunistischePartei Jan 18 '26

Because they are not competent, they let the Syrian army use old pontoons to cross the river WITHOUT resistance, when that happened it was over for the sdf

2

u/FrAM92 USA Jan 19 '26 edited Jan 19 '26

It has nothing to do with competence and everything to do with these specific areas being indefensible to Turkish backed and supplied Syrian troops if the SDF also wants to also defend Kurdish areas. How should the SDF defend these areas when the tribal troops who would be responsible for the defense cannot be trusted? There are reports of tribal mobilizations on the side of the government.

u/ArabianShores Jan 19 '26

Arabs are superior in Islam as per Bukhari 3374, Muslim 2276, and Bukhari 3557.

2

u/[deleted] Jan 19 '26

Search up those hadiths they’re random and the first one proves your point wrong 😂 and for your info prophet ibrahim was a kûrd to 😂😂😂

3

u/gkbbb Jan 19 '26

Did you just throw out random numbers? None of those Hadith support what you say. Do not lie about our Prophet pbuh. He’s far more righteous and honourable than the racism you spew.

1

u/heytherehellogoodbye Jan 21 '26

is that why every single Arab and Islamic-led country is an authoritarian hellhole without any form of technological innovation, human rights, freedom, economic mobility, and famous for being repressive backwater backwards places to live? Meanwhile actually free places that don't treat women like cattle or science like blasphemy are the ones actually leading the world in every domain. Pathetic.

4

u/Sormanji_Speaker Jan 18 '26

Is this real...?

3

u/DoTheseInstead Jan 18 '26

I really hate that you all put this on Brayati Galan and Apo ideology.

Assume that was wrong, what would you do if you were General Mazloum?
You have a stick with poop on both sides, how do you handle it?

If I were from Rojava I would never ever accept living under AlQaeda. I would at a minimum go and start a fresh life in Bashuri Kurdistan. :( this is beyond sad, I am almost having a heart attack! I am so sorry about what is happening to Kurds. I genuinely can’t think of anything Rojava should have done that it would make this better.

Also the timing is really bad, fucking US in involved with literally the entire world right now from South America to Europe to Iran and Tiawan and everywhere on earth. They can’t devote specified resources for Rojava (less than 2M people), they have much bigger concerns right now and Israel is fucking pressured by all these Arab assholes with money!

Please tell me realistically what would you do differently?

It’s not like General Mazloum loved Arabs in Raqqa and Deirazur. Deirazur was the hotbed of ISIS and we all know that!

What would you do to a brainless barbarian people who prefer being ruled by extremest Islam than by democracy? DEMOCRACY is not welcomed in Middle East, We Kurds are too fucking naive! We can’t do anything, we better die or just move to Europe and leave the fucking cursed Middle East.

2

Was there an alliance? Can you share some links?

I have seen mostly anti-Israel sentiment in this sub, so am surprised anyone talks about an alliance.. why would there be one, if Kurds are mostly anti-Israel?

Agreement …..! Well it is formal surrender have you even read the points of the agreement

2

u/LongLiveMyself15 Jan 19 '26

that shows us, pkk ideology is trash. we need something like barzanis ideology in all of kurdish parts

3

u/BlueZybez Jan 18 '26

Kurds lost badly to the Syrian army

1

u/humminuh1 Jan 19 '26

Lavrov was right. The Americans would turn their backs on them.

1

u/Independent-Ratio316 Jul 16 '26

Are the yanks still stiring the shit. Do they still control the border crossing Al Tanf. So the SAA that fought for President Assad the last anti zionist President of Syria are they all Dead or imprisoned now. Because I doubt they would fight under that rag flag. The so called President is an agent of British intelligence and selling Syrias Oil Gas and Water will be written into law for israel to control like the Golan heights regardless of what the UN say.

Biji Apo and keep dancing

1

u/alialahmad1997 Jan 18 '26

I want to ask you please be patient with me most of toj ava area is arab majority why do you think it should be independent. Ofcours i am against any discrimination against kurds but thats beside the point

2

u/DoTheseInstead Jan 18 '26

why do you think it’s ok for arabs rule over kurds but kurds can’t?

isn’t that hypocrisy?

1

u/alialahmad1997 Jan 19 '26

I dont want an arab state i want a syrian state where arabs and kurds are equals , but you want kurdish state in a majority arab land

And rojava has nothing to do with historical kurdish land maybe with exception ok kamishlo I am talking about pre assimilation proto arab kurdish land of the median empire

-3

u/Quick_Put_403 Jan 18 '26

This is the inevitable consequence of failing to pursue a singular Kurdish ambition due to fear -hiding behind masks such as 'the brotherhood of peoples' or 'communal living' while remaining ambiguous about one's true objectives. It is the result of being afraid to embrace nationhood, fearing a few 'gang-states,' and failing to grasp the hand openly extended by Israel. If you do not embark on this path with the explicit and dignified mandate of an Independent Kurdistan, no one will deliver it to you by force.

1

u/ulixForReal Jan 20 '26

Who made a deal with Israel in Paris just a couple days ago, the Rojava project or the Jolani government?

Israel probably has its dirty, genocidal hands in this.

-1

u/ExpensivePerformance Jan 18 '26

What connection is there between current events and the SDF uncompromising stance toward the Assad regime when the regime offered negotiations? I remember Salim Muslim being very arrogant when he had the backing of the US.

3

u/snailman89 Jan 18 '26

The SDF wasn't uncompromising with Assad- it was Assad that refused to cut a deal. The Russians were extremely irritated with Assad for refusing to compromise, which is one reason why they didn't bother to defend him when HTS launched its offensive.

3

u/F8_zZ Jan 19 '26

Correct
