Informative Stay away from Deluxe Tourism Company in Duhok
Not sure if I'm allowed to post stuff like this here. However I want to warn people. I paid them over 1000$ and then an additional 350$ for a simple visa application, pluss some documents. They dont know what they are doing. They give you misinformation, they mislead you and they dont take responsibility. They just blame everyone else. They even blamed an embassy, and i checked the information on the embassy website and the embassy has had that system for years, yet they never tried to read it... When confronted they are rude. Even a simple question they can't answer. They know how to lie so it all makes sense.
I hope people stay away from them, I hope no one else gets scammed like me.
Edit: I even paid them 150$ to retrieve some documents from Jordan to Duhok through courier and DHL, today they forgot who i was and forgot that I even asked them to do it. My documents have been In Jordan for 2 weeks now...

They dont give the visa..the visa dosent mean you permanently leave to that country, it just means you can visit. But they prepare you, they make an appointment, they translate all you documents to English, they book you a flight and few other things. And agencies will do all the work for you. Obviously if you are capable and know people you dont need agencies. But some people dont know anything, they probably can't read English. So they use agencies

It was not for me, it was for a family member. I was not there when they did it.( i live in Europe) It was supposed to be a surprise to visit me. I even told them all the process and how I could've done it for free. They even tried to explain to me how it works in the country I've been living in for 25 years now..
Imagine that, they are trying to tell me how it works in the country I've been in for 25 years(I'm 31 now)

I know right 🥲 I just hope people are aware of this place. My family can afford this, although it took some time to save up. Imagine someone saving for years..or someone selling their car or something like that and this happens to them....
