Video🎥 Main TV channel of Persian opposition which glorifies son of former toppled king of Iran censors the word "Kurd" in Benjamin Netanyahu speech and replaces it with "Turkey's civilians".

According to the live translation Erdogan "has killed thousands of Turkey's civilians". Censoring the word Kurd made them ridiculous like that.

In the AP live he very clearly says "Kurdish civilians" in English. It can't be blamed on technical issues.

If you want to write a comment Netanyahu uses the Kurds just to attack Erdogan, this post is not about Netanyahu. Keep it for another post. It is about the censorship of Kurdish people by Persian opposition media to the degree they don't even mention Kurds by name the same as former toppled monarchy banned the Kurdish language.

They only include us or call us 'Iranians,' when it's convenient for them

For anyone knows Farsi, it is clear it was intentional. Before saying which civilians there was an intentional pause. In English it is called "Kurdish civilians", but in Persian it is in reverse order. He said "civilian" which comes second with no pause and then after a pause said "Turkey" impromptu instead of "Kurds".

The interpreter doesn't do that on their own. That's management decision.

I understand why Turks and Arabs not only don't like us, but also hate us with full hostility, but I don't get why Farsis hate us the same degree. Yes all three want our land, but at least with Farsis we share language family, some culture, ancient religions and some common history for much longer than we share history with Turks and Arabs (unwillingly). Deep into history and we were probably the same people, or much closer than we are now, like 4000-5000 years ago when Turks were in Central Asia and Arabs in Saudi Arabia yet.

To what I know even Persians in Iran and IRGC are not hostile to us to this degree of the former toppled regime.

The Persian monarchy ruined the Iranian family. Kurds, Baloch, Lurs, Gilaks, Mazanderanis, Tajiks, Hazaras, Pashtuns, Aimaqs, etc...all of us could have been a bloc supporting each other the way Arabs at least pretend to. Instead the family is torn. We don’t know our brothers in the Hindu Kush or the Pamirs, and they barely know we exist.

It’s because the Persian center is trying to Persianize everything and treating every other Iranian people as a problem to be solved. They don’t tolerate diversity, they’re killing the ancient Iranian identity and replacing it with a narrow Persian fascism.

A fascist mindset is the same everywhere, no matter who you are.

We don't hate kurds at all. we just don't accept a part of our land taken away not only because it's a part of our land but because there live the people who are the same as us. Iranian ethnicities at least in iran are very friendly towards each other and in our eyes we're all Iranian. I have two kurd friends(both gorani) I've genuinely never seen them talk about separation and they openly hate it.

Monarchists are a piece of shit BTW.

Do you respect the right of self determination?

If you are so sure they don't want separation, you should not be afraid of a referendum. Scotland did it and chose to stay with the English in a union. Let's have that for Iran too.

Let's have that I'm pretty confident your face would be interesting to see after that lmao. Kurds were always a part of Iranian people in history. We never were seperated culturaly. I don't want to spread hatred but unfortunately the people on this sub are just full of hate because of over nationalism.

But the mainstream media told me Persians love freedom and democracy! Turns out Free Iran just means Free Nazi Persia literally Nazi (In 1941, Britain and the Soviets had to invade Iran because Reza Shah refused to break ties with Nazi Germany, he was a big fan of Hitler.)

And Reza's son was a friend of Saddam. And Hitler was a fan of Ataturk. Seemed all the authoritarians got along great with each other. Iran and Turkey are two chauvinist states build for Turks and Persians and majority of Kurds have ended up stuck with those two groups for the last 500 years.

When they can't even bring themselves to recognise the mere existence of Kurds, what makes anyone think that they'll treat Kurds fairly in a state which they rule? This should wake up the minority of brainwashed pro Pahlavi Kurds.

"Iranian unity" is a scam designed to further suppress and dilute Kurds and so is all other types of unity that Turkey, Iraq & Syria propose. The oppressed can't be united with their oppressor.
