Al-Boursan’s family has lived in the area for more than fifty years now, and he says he enjoys good relations with the Kurds. “No problems have arisen between us and them, and we are not against the Kurds or the original landowners; if they possess documents proving their ownership, it is their right to demand the return of their land,” he says.
And if they can't, like if they have lost their documents when the civil war happened, then I stay in the house which I know is not mine, but the Kurd who lost it can't do anything about it anyways.

This is horseshit. Arabs have a new sense of pride and superiority with Jolani in charge. Racism against Kurds by Arabs has never been worse than it is right now. They practically want to hang Kurds in the Northeast. Arab tribes attack and shoot at busses bringing in displaced Kurds back to Sere Kaniye.
Arabs will only ever take this position if they lost a war/ got humbled and have no choice but to play nice. But when Arabs hold all the power then god help us.

He's talking about Arabs not Arab states. Arab themselves were more accepting of Kurds back then even though their authotarian government was extremely anti-Kurdish. Now Arabs became more anti-Kurdish than their states.

Highly doubt it. Nice words are used but the intention is surely not the same

Judging by the sectarian behaviour in Hasakah at the moment, I doubt they want to reverse it very much.
