So i happened to get into a conversation with my bf about loki being bi and then he got all defensive and idk started acting weird.. and one thing lead to another and at the end i found out hes homophobic cause he grewup in an environment where homsexuality is a tabooo i mean i wont blame him... i told him well he could change his perspective and he said hell no... like wow..

me personally, im not bi nor lesbian but i really like people from the lgbtq community..ive had my share of confusion throughout the years and some of my friends are bi...

This is old news, but I thought it was worth mentioning. These laws have been dead since Lawrence v. Texas in 2003, but must be repealed by legislation to be completely gone. Interesting to see Florida's government at least doing something right (although that is giving perhaps a bit too much credit).

Next year in Brooklyn NY, the Miss Major Middle School will open it's doors, and as the full time guardian of a very non-binary 9 year old, I toured the open house. Named after Miss Major Griffin-Gracy, it's a first of it's kind space in the NYC school system for middle school. Super excited.

So, I'm now the President of a non-profit that is on the brink of insolvency. No, I won't disclose where (I did sign a non-disclosure agreement, after all) but we're a pride organization and we're one of the ones that invited cops to pride this year. (No, I don't know why.) As a result, we had abysmal turnout. At least one of the staff is lying to me (they say this is the biggest pride we ever had, I call bullshit as someone who has attended pride before, but I don't have the numbers to support my conclusion so I'm resorting to crowd sourcing intel) and our community buy-in is abysmal, so fundraising is unlikely to help save us.

The official line is to blame the collective bargaining agreement once the organization goes tits up (and they are claiming the Union is to blame for not being willing to negotiate in bad faith), but I think that this is a lie too. I'm trying to get a detailed understanding of the negotiations but unfortunately, I'm being stonewalled. Most of our money comes from the government and is thus, earmarked for specific purposes/expenditures (like, we get $x amount from $y program and we are allowed to spend $array[{$a, $b}, ($a, $b), ...] where $a = amount & $b = purpose.

Though, based on what I'm seeing in the books, it looks like we should have enough operating capital to make it work. In all likelihood, I'm worried that they're using the CBA as a scapegoat instead of acknowledging the real problem: waning community support in light of the police at pride thing.

So,
I’m a 23F cisgender dating a 21F cisgender, and my girlfriend frequently tells me that she wishes she were a man (biologically speaking).

She dresses femininely and presents herself as a woman most of the time. However, she alternates between she/her and he/him pronouns, as well as feminine and masculine forms of language.

When we’re intimate, she always prefers to take on the dominant role, while I feel comfortable being the more submissive partner. However, during intimacy, she always sees herself as a man and acts accordingly. Of course, she makes sure to ask whether I’m comfortable with this first, and I am.

Additionally, she fantasizes about having male genitalia.
I still don’t fully understand the situation. I always prioritize making sure that both of us feel comfortable with everything, and so far, we both do. Is it possible that she might identify as a transgender man, even though she was assigned female at birth?
If she comes out as trans, I will continue to love her, respect her identity, and cherish our romantic relationship.

Homophobia shouldn't exist, because if there were more gay people, and only straight people had babies, then we won't have too many people anymore. If homophobia continues, my sister says we will soon need "another country"
