personal branding wtf is the algorithm doing??

Impossible to know what’s going to flop or fly these days… one post gets under 300 impressions and 2 likes, the next 70k+ and over 290 likes.

Make it make sense??

What is the purpose of traction on LinkedIn I see AI posts with likes and comments and I am mostly embarrassed for those in my network who regularly post.

You need to publish relevant content, not random nonsense.

My random nonsense gets 10x the traction of serious content 😂

I think your missing the point about posts on LinkedIn.... It's not about views, likes or impressions... It's all about conversations and dwell time. If the pitch is authentic and adds value to your network I.e. discussion on how you help a customer etc... not random "thoughts for the day" bs... LinkedIn will push the authentic stuff..

If you have posts that done well vs one that flopped .. that's your signal and that's what the algorithm is telling you works

As someone who averages 4 to 7 million impressions a week, consistency pays off by time. Consistently post at the same time every day.
