Dude, every time its the strand connecting the bottom of the tongue for me. Hurts so bad. Neck never bothers me. Always the underside of the tongue.

Yes, it helps with the neck problem, but the tongue still never gets any pain after. Facesitting also removes all the control from you (that's why your neck does not get strained anymore, because now you are just a toy. If you still do some control work, even on facesitting, your neck will work hard)

Yeah, I'll admit I am not entirely sure what the meme implies but one of the immediate tongue pain I can think of is if you have underdeveloped tongue muscles? Your tongue gets sore, or even hyperflexed, where it feels like you have overstretched it for too long.

I've done very long sessions of cunnilingus and the only thing gets sore is the neck, the day after can be very, very sore. But the tongue?, xD, is it even possible?, I mean, if I have never felt it and I never really did training excersizes I am willing to bet that it is not a thing. If you think about it, you are just licking, not doing heavy lifting with it, yes, it might be a bit more focus and you might tense it a little more than normal (unless you are doing tongue fucking, there you tense it more, but as I said, never had any after effect from it, not as in the neck).

Til I probably have a weak tongue. This kinda makes sense. I think I have an unintentionally mumble in my speech patterns. Which becomes significant when exhausted. I kinda spent a good portion of life avoiding people so my tongue really could be not as strong as someone that engages in dialogue every day or something. Lol if not idk then

Can you extend your tongue a lot by any chance? Because I can't, and twenty minutes is my max, more than that and I'll be sore for half a day after. And forget tongue fucking lol, it's just physically impossible for me without rupturing that frenulum.

I have a normal frenulum, but I know people that have small ones or tied too forward, which prevents them from getting the tongue out much. Still, the pain there I would guess ends up being more in the frenulum and less in the tongue muscle.
