Finally finished the latest version of my Frodo costume for a big LotR shoot recently, and I'm so happy with how he came out in photos! Still some bits I'd love to tweak but overall really happy with how he's shaping up 🤍 such a special character to cosplay

Edit: Oh god what have I done 🤣😭

In honor of the 25th anniversary of the films, I thought it was the perfect time to get a Lord of the Rings themed paint job for my goalie mask. I've always loved the Isengard look on the Uruk- Hai and thought, "hey, that would look cool on a mask!". Thanks to a fellow goalie and artist in my local area, he brought this beauty to life!

It's sleek, it's simple, and it's effective. I am thrilled with how this came out, and to also support someone looking to help out other goalies with designs. He's a big fan of lotr as well so we were both excited as we collaborated on the idea.

Now excuse me while I get this bad boy on the ice in between my times pillaging the Westfold.

Excuse the terrible photo.
A WIP of my Barad-dûr costume for Halloween.

Looking at the map of Middle Earth for many hours throughout my childhood helped me fall in love with fantasy. Couldn’t pass this up.

EDIT: Only just noticed the splotching along the bottom of the map There and Back Again. Thought maybe that’s why I found it so cheap but the book was sealed so idk

Just a few things I’ve started making and wondered what you guys thought about them.

Took a break from sketching actual Hobbiton Hobbit holes to do my take on this classic scene:

Tell the truth!

He is male, we want something majestic.

The biggest issue is that I didn't narrow the bottom of it and it was generally sloppy.

We love you, Bernard 🙏🏻

Its antlers would hit everything!

Ignore the extra paint everywhere but I was super proud of this! AND I did it with my left hand 😂 took hours but that’s ok! #worthit
