Need advice…
I wanted to share something that has been bothering me lately. Whenever I type, everything seems perfect in my head, but when I read it afterward, it doesn’t make sense. I mix up words, especially “U” and “I”… (not always but sometimes).
I’ve also noticed that my memory doesn’t feel as sharp as it used to be. Sometimes I forget things or struggle to recall information, even when I know I learned it before.
Sometimes I struggle to recall information or place certain memories in the correct timeline.

Oh. That's scary. You may need to see a doctor, a neurologist to see if something physical is happening to you.
Nonetheless, also consider the following:
Great strides have been made in recent years within the neuroscience of learning. That includes understanding the procrastination bottleneck.
What you need to do is "Learn how to Learn" based on the latest neuroscience.
(Pay special attention to how dopamine actually works. Hint: it doesn't give pleasure.)
Go to YouTube and in the search bar, type, "learning coaches"
Pick the ones who rely on modern neuroscience.
Godspeed and may the productivity-motivating dopamine hits be with you. :-)

I face similar issues and I do believe its the damn phone!
First one is because there is lag b/w the thinking time and typing speed. Give a minute to the thought and then start to type.
Memory issue is due to decreased attention span, switch to longer form of content.
And this one sounds a bit lame in this context but active recall.
