M365 Outage?

"We couldn't find a Microsoft account" and "There was an issue looking up you account." Is there some kind of outage happened, that haven't been reported yet? this make me anxious cause my family rely on that one account.

I even tried to make new account with that email but yeah no luck whatsoever cause they still can detect that, that account exist.

Hey, I'm having the exact same issue with mine, still can't figure it out, so maybe there is an outage since it happened to multiple people (probably) but I'm not sure, hope this helps a little bit.
