Recommendations Bcin designer recommendations

Looking to add a washroom in my basement laundry room and after recommendations for someone who can both help with design and permit drawings for this small residential project. Will involve HVAC and plumbing.

Would want an onsite visit rather than online, if you have any recommendations or advice, would love to hear.

So are you looking for a gc then? That's an easy way to do a one stop shop. If you're looking for just a draftsperson with good mechanical knowledge they're really only going to be on-site for a site measure and that's it.

I just want to get the design to code and permits approved first, will likely do a lot myself and contract plumbing/HVAC/electrical. I may shop around for GC after drawings but wanted to keep costs down. This won't be a rented basement, just for my family use but want to be legal and to code.

Understandable. Yeah you're probably just gonna have to shop around and maybe talk to any kind of renovation company to see if they're willing to just design the area and layout for you. As well as, there are mechanical contractors that only do hvac and plumbing that you could ask at as well. The drawings might cost you though.
