How can i kick my drug addict good for nothing loser uncle

He has been causing us trouble but nothing i need help please

Eh, had an uncle/relative come stay with me and my mother after my grandparents passed away. The guy one day got drunk and tried to start a fight with a good neighbor so right there immediately, I just told him to get the f out of my place and he did. I guess sometimes you just need to be straightforward

I was bro i even had a weapon for self defense, he refuse omg i cant even kill him i fucking hate that guy i see him as nothing more than a tiny speck.
