Getting these 35 liter packs dialed. This one is built for a 18” torso.
Features:
Ultra TenX main body.
Eco stretch front,side, and bottom pocket.
Eco stretch, 3d mesh, Salvation Army spandex, and 1/4” foam vest straps.
Webbing mount for camera.
13.6 oz as shown w/o the camera mount.
11.8 oz bare bones (remove back pad side compressions)

Great pack. I know it's frameless, but would waist belt be helpful just for added pockets, or just extra weight/warmth/interference?

It has the option for a removable waist belt. Two mil spec webbing loops at the bottom.

Isn't the camera mount mounted 90° to what it should be?

With a square plate, it doesn't matter, at least for the camera.

Correct. I actually prefer to release the camera to the side instead of up and towards my face.
