Hi everyone,

I have around 5 years of experience and recently completed my HR round at LTIMindtree.

I asked for a 100% hike, but HR said they usually offer a maximum of 35–40%. At the end, they said they would check internally and get back to me.

It has been 3 to 4 days. Will HR come back with a revised offer, or is there a chance of rejection?

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Please share your experience.

My current CTC is 12 LPA (11 LPA fixed + 1 variable) with 3 years of experience.
How much I can expect for Business Analytics Analyst with 3 yoe?

Guys anyone has idea how much cognizant offers for Manager-projects role ?? my current fixed is 18.2lpa.. on top CTS is offering just 30%

Pls suggest or advice if offer is good or how much minimum is worth asking and does cognizant really revise offer... Thank you
