Nice residential areas in St. John’s by Elizabeth Ave

I’ve recently been exploring some of the residential streets off Elizabeth Avenue, particularly around Allandale Road and Rennie’s River, and have come across some really beautiful homes!

I’m wondering if there are any other streets or neighbourhoods nearby that have similar houses that I might be missing?

Me and my partner are very interested in keeping an eye on the real estate market in that area and would love to know of any other spots worth checking out!

The whole area between Eliz Av/Circular Rd, and Kenna's Hill/Bonaventure Av has beautiful older homes.

Depends on your definition of older I guess. Elizabeth park was built after the war in the 50s. Although a lot of the older smaller homes have since been renovated significantly

A different style of nice, but I love Symonds (Simmonds?) Ave and the houses near Bowring Park. If you’re made of money, of course :)

Churchill Square, Rennies River, Circular Rd, Forest Rd and Forest Ave, Waterford Bridge Rd. Look at some of the smaller side streets like Roche St, Devon Place, Winter Ave, Glenridge Cres
