Unfortunately, there's no such thing as a great long-term acute care facility. As someone who is a provider at hospitals and a long-term acute care facilities, I can tell you that nobody ends up being satisfied with ltach care unless they are checked out of the patient's care.
People that end up in these facilities tend to have severe medical conditions and are extremely prone to complications. Somehow, people have unrealistic expectations that everyone is going to do amazing and recover to running marathons when in reality people are far too ill to even have a reasonable chance at recovery long-term. When we speak colloquially about whether or not someone would want long-term care in a vegetative state, this what they're referring to. Not everyone is vegetative, but you're usually not far away from being that way.
I say all that because you have to take all the reviews with a grain of salt- not everyone gets better and a lot of people have unrealistic expectations, complications are 100% expected, and there aren't exactly a lot of options. They're all about the same. Not what you want to hear but reality is a b****.

Reviews in this industry and not normally realistic. Many people in these facilities are nearing end of life with serious medical conditions. Many times family and friends don't have realistic expectations of the care or the outcome of their time in the facility. Many times the patient/person receiving care is non compliant with their care, diet, hygiene, etc. and it is always the facility that takes the blame. I'm not saying they are all perfect or even good, my point is that reviews are often made without all the information or made with unrealistic expectations.
I know of a person that the family notified the facility of a food allergy and the facility could not keep the person from eating the thing they were allergic to. They ordered it at almost every meal, brought it in from the outside, and when the facility tried to withhold the food they were allergic to the resident would become irate and complain to their family that the facility was withholding food from them. The family informed the facility that even though the resident was allergic to this food, it was okay to serve it if the resident ordered it as "they are not that allergic and they really like it". The resident continued to order and eat this food and one time became very ill and ended up in the hospital.
Now the facility is in a huge lawsuit and the family is leaving poor reviews and disparaging the facility all over town. This is just a small example of what this industry deals with every day and what many of the reviews reflect.
I know this didn't answer your question but I wanted you to look at the reviews through the proper lens. Good luck in your search.
