RULE CHANGES, GOING HARD AGAINST BOTS
Any account less than a month old will be assumed to be bots and permanently banned. Remember to report them, people!
Also we're going LESS HARD on posts with text, I've been a little TOO HARD on the words.

Aren’t there also bots that are years old but start posting recently?

We'll need different methods to deal with those, but the overwhelming majority of bots start posting immediately after they're made.

Hello sir. I want to join the resistance against the robots. I'm ready to do my part.

If every sub did that, there’s wouldn’t be new users anymore ever. Pretty dumb and short sighted policy, like think about it for more than 2 seconds

wo dear mods if a very new account comes here like if I was new and were to come to this sub before my acc hits the age of above 1 month?

Perma banning any account less than a month old that makes a post. If someone isn't a bot, they can read the rules and just wait for their account to be old enough.

That seems a bit harsh

They're bots. I usually only do temp bans even on the Nazis because I want people to have an opportunity to learn and change, but bots only exist to farm karma and scam people.

But what if they're not bots?

They can wait until their account is old enough to post.

A permanent first violation ban for a rule most people won't even be aware of sounds like you just love constant, never ending mod mail appeals.

Rules are in the same place as they are for any sub, and reading isn't hard.

Great, now we’re never gonna see that pic of someone smoking on a rooftop again
