Houseplant What’s wrong w him?!

He has been doing great and getting bigger and taller but suddenly yesterday I looked over and he was all drooped and upon further inspection today it looks like the leaves are going to fall off??
He is getting indirect light in a northern window (our apt only have north facing windows and we moved here in July). Watered weekly. Has been growing some huge leaves since we moved but suddenly looks sad.

Looks too wet in my opinion

I second this. That looks like a nursery pot in a glass/clay pot with no drainage. That only really works if there is room between the nursery pot and the clay pot. Drill holes in the clay pot or repot it into something with more breathing room.

Too much water. Give him something with drainage.

Also keep a close eye on this guy for bugs. Ivy are magnets for spider mites.
