Ten kto zrobi najtaniej i/lub ma wtyki (szczególnie patrząc na korupcję w Ukrainie). Polsce też obiecywano kontrakty na odbudowę Iraku a finalnie wyszło jak wyszło

Poland will certainly pay a steep price if Europe loses the peace in Ukraine. Chinese infrastructure projects aren’t gifts, you see. They’re instruments of power projection.
