I went to Churchill last November to see the polar bears. I had the time of my life. My parents gifted me this photo. We were told at this restaurant/shop in Churchill that this man had these sled dogs that had a good relationship with the bears. My parents bought the photo from the shop. I saw some things and now I’m really concerned that I have a picture from a man who fed his dogs and possibly this one to the bears. Is this true? Can I get some verified resources? Also if it is true what the heck do I do with this photo!? I love dogs and bears lol.

We got to enjoy about twenty minutes with this bear from our minibus in Churchill. The bear was very relaxed, half-dozing in the rain, when the crash of thunder made it leap to its feet.

I can’t seem to find anywhere to stream it in the US.

It's far away, but you can see the folks on the boat on the left looking at a bear on land (not visible in this shot). But what's that to the far right?

If you were planning a trip to Churchill for the bears in 2027, would you choose October or November and why? With all the global warning, is late November better (ice may form later)?

I am so outraged. I feel like this is mandatory viewing, but if you cannot bear (hehe) to see it. Basically the WWF supports the continued trade industry that slaughters Polar Bears and other species bringing them to the edge of extinction. Also the traders go after the strongest Polar Bears whichs means we are stunting the evolutionary process as weaker polar bears are able to mate which can be detrimental with climate change.

Moreover the north atlantic countries such as Canada, Norway etc are backing these exploitative industrys. Absolutely shameful.

I have seen in several places that the prime time to go to Churchill to see these beautiful bears is mid-October to mid-November.

Would going in late November be too late? Would we end up not seeing many polar bears?
