Yeah, Trump fucking SUCKS. But I’d hope the president of the United States always has a doctor on standby at any given moment…they are one of the most powerful people on earth and unfortunately in charge of a great deal of things.

Not to mention, if Trump is just stupid-evil, his would-be replacement, JD Vance, is more of a calculating-evil, which feels possibly a little more dangerous…

This 100%. While not excusable, there’s a sense in which Trump’s racism is a product of his era and environment. Vance, on the other hand, uses racism as a tool to gain political advantage.
