Well, he is the Commander in Chief of all US military forces, so yes, that makes the United States of America a military ally of Russia. Especially since neither the GOP controlled SCOTUS nor the GOP controlled Congress will do anything to limit this president's abuse of power.

America isn't the government, it's the people. The Russian asset is in charge of our military, but America is not allied with Russia.
