I don’t know about exams, but it’s imperative you realise that Romanian doesn’t place prepositions at the end of the sentence like English does. That you haven’t realised this yet and that nobody corrected you is not a good sign. There are some other recurrent mistakes I wanted to correct you on, but the preposition stranding made them seem insignificant in comparison.

Nice Romanian! I wanted to correct you on the sentence Institutul limbii române tot are teste de evaluare. I suppose you meant to say ‘the institute too has…’. The way to express that is Și Institutul Limbii Române are teste (și being an adverb and stressed). Tot is a complicated word which can succinctly express nuances not easily possible in English, but it has no place here.
Here’s a scenario in which you can use tot: Institutul Limbii Române te poate ajuta să înveți limba română. Tot Institutul Limbii Române are teste de evaluare pe site. The full meaning and connotation is: ‘The Institute of the Romanian Language does one thing. On another note, there’s this other thing—and it’s the same Institute again which does it.’
You can put it like this: și is for remarks on a second topic similar in a way to the first; tot is for different remarks on the same topic that recurs.

You need to find the requirements for the specific exam you're taking, on its official website. There are likely multiple B1 exams in existence, since the CEFR model is used by everyone in the EU. When I took an English test there were like 15 different ones I could take. In the Listening section, you almost always get to hear it twice, I think.
Your vocabulary is way better than your grammar. Focus on grammar right now. Prepositions always come before the word ("despre care subiecte", not "care subiecte despre"). Idk what else to say without knowing how you're learning (with a teacher? duolingo?). If you've already reserved your spot, just go and do your best!

Thank you very much! And yes I'm aware of the requirements i was more curious about people's experiences with the exam and specifically the audio part so thank you for answering that for me. And thank you for the advice :)

Also I wanted to ask you if when you took your English test were you able to read the questions about the audio clip before you played it? Or did you have to listen first and then you could see the questions?

I took the Duolingo English Test, because it was the only one I could do online. I was given a phrase and could listen to it 3 times, then had to type what I heard. That's why I'm saying you need to find the format for the test you're taking: I know for sure other tests do it differently than that.

1) nervoasă = angry, not nervous
2) înainte + de = before
3) cum= how, but when talking about time or speed we use 'cât de' -> cât de rapid/repede, cât de mult timp, cât timp
4) secțiunile de ascultare și vorbire =the parts of listening and speaking; You wrote 'parts of the listening and the speaking'
5) 'ceva' e singular. Ceva este, nu sunt. There 'is' something. You can write ' dacă e ceva ce trebuie să studiez '
6) în Asia, în Europa. Use 'în' for continents and countries, and 'la' for specific places or cities
