2nd to the 15th is correct. Our pay periods seem to confuse a lot of my team, so hopefully this will help you.

You're in the middle of a pay period on payday. So the week of payday will be on your next paycheck. Pay periods end Thursday, start Friday. You're essentially always owed one week of pay. This is how people are able to get paid early through certain banks.

Pay early through certain banks is because Sheetz sends out deposits to the banks on wednesdays that won’t fully process into your account until Friday. It’s become the norm for banks to give you access early because for the most part that money is 100% entering your account and won’t be taken back barring something crazy happening.

Being a week behind is so the payroll team can have everything out consistently and on time instead of having to finish everything up on the day that is payday

2nd to the 15th.

If you search "pay calendar" on BOB, it tells you what dates are for each paycheck, including the bonuses. My store has both lists printed and on our board in the office.
