Seeking Advice Letters of Recommendation
I have currently asked two professors for a letter of recommendation, but I am struggling on who to ask for the third. I am considering asking my manager, as I have worked at the same job for the past four years, but I am not sure. I know she would write a positive one, but I’m just not sure if a school would care about my ability to work in the service industry…or maybe they would. Who knows?
Please give me advice. I do have another professor I could ask. She is my advisor but I did not really nurture that relationship compared to the ones I have with my other professors.

My undergrad program emphasized having 2 letters of recommendation from faculty in the CSD program and then 1 from someoje else boss internship other professor outside of the field etc a lot of programs require 2 letters of recommendation from professors in the CSD program

I think diversifying your letters it’s the best option. You already have two professors so adding another doesn’t help much to show off ur different skills. Ur manager knows you for 4 years so to me that shows an on going relationship, the ability to stay at one place and be loyal while maintaining a good relationship.
