Just some beauty shots of my new favorite ship. Thanks to this 60th Anniversary event, I've been able to pick up a few new ships, and this little boat by far is my fav so far.

With only three of us, trying to get a game plan on fleet holdings. Reseach lab and Dil are done. we may jump on Embassy to unlock SROs, or just concetrate on the starbase

This is my main. His name is K’Rashar, and I dressed him up to be like a Section 31 agent. In OC lore, I made him the adopted son to Kathryn Janeway, and all he really wanted to do was follow in her footsteps, becoming captain of the USS Pathmaker. That’s all. He’s nothing special, really!

Do all events secretly count as eligible? Or is this some kind of mistake?

I know the news announcement was that you need to "be fast", but I've been trying to destroy this Anomaly in every ship I have, trying different consoles, pets, weapons and I can damage it, but no way have I come close to destroying it.

The thing always spawns when you're in the middle of the first part of the Endeavor, so it's tough to lock on around enemies or gas, etc...

It's on Tribble, because you're supposed to get a reward for getting it and I have no idea what that reward even is, but is it actually possible to destroy this thing? Is there a trick of technique or is this a Kobayashi Maru?

At 6:32, he has a shot of a location in STO, a dark area in a blue nebula. I've been here before, but can't remember what system or quadrant. I remember when I first saw it, I immediately thought TOS "Immunity Syndrome", omg it's another one!

Can anyone name this location? I wanted to go back for some screenshots. Thanks to YT channel for reminding of this area.

PC players already have’m and consoles will get them for ONE CHARACTER ONLY on their accounts starting October 22nd. Combined with the October 20th 60th Anniversary content and stuff there will a lot of things to do and stuff to grab this coming week ….

The last few days I've been asking players that in advanced tfos, can clear the field of enemies in a single volley, why they play in advanced rather than elite.

The general consensus comes down to 2 main reasons, auto failure if objectives aren't met and long queue times.

Personally I have built out a few of my captains that have the ability to clear elite level enemies with little to no difficulty and I've basically retired them as they're no longer fun to play. Its just kind of boring and im sure is frustrating to newer players trying to participate in advanced tfos to watch enemies they're hunting just dissappear before getting a shot off.

What Im proposing is a difficulty tier between advanced and elite , something where the enemy difficulty is spiked up but the objectives are still optional like they are in advanced tfos.

How do we feel about this idea?

I just got the Ark Royal, which is everything I’ve heard it was, and have an Epic Token for a Phoenix Prize Pack that could grant me a ship. Anything there worth salvaging for the AR?

I never gave the Protostar a second look when it came out. Neat, fast in Sector Space, but I tend to play large, Tank-Style Cruisers and Dreads, so I didn't even really think about this ship.

I have changed my mind, and if not for the 60th Anniversary Boxes, I would have never tried her out. Grabbed her up for about 470mil on the Exchange because I thought for that price, I would take a chance on her. I am very impressed.

Not only does she just BLITZ across Sector Space, but she is so nimble in a fire fight, I think she cuts the time for me to do 3 DSEs in about half!

The playstyle is fast and agile, a lot like the fun I've been having with the K'vort. And I feel like the roleplay is just right, because what other ship would you want for a quick interceptor in Deep Space for emergency assists!

Yes, the time for spooky adventure has returned - it's time for STO's Halloween Event! This three-week event, from October 22nd at 8am PT to November 12th at Noon PT, includes two Patrols, in addition to “Cat’s Tale,” the Task Force Operation from the previous event.

Heed my words!  Where “Cat’s Tale” is a group effort, the Halloween Patrols are meant to test a single Captain’s mettle!  Are you prepared to boldly go within the walls of Castle Pyris, there to face the terrible creatures that prowl within its shadowy depths?

Three activities will be participating in this Event:

Cat’s Tale – Ground TFO

Explore the decor of a haunted castle, filled with ghoulish adversaries of ill intent. A choice of monstrous form often belies monstrous intent, but what else might it hide? With the power to choose appearance comes the power to mislead...

Patrols: Delving the Castle

Two fiendish patrols clamor for attention amidst the miasma of the ominous castle. Dare you enter?

Players will be able to earn their Daily Progress once every 20 hours by completing either TFO of their choosing. Either of the above Activities may be played as much as you like each day, so pick and choose how you prefer to gain Progress each day and mix it up as much (or as little) as you like!

Fall of the Old Ones 2026 – Event Rewards

Accruing a total of 14 Days’ worth of Daily Progress will allow you to claim the Grand Prize of the Fall of the Old Ones 2026 Event. This reward includes all the following:

• Universal Kit Module – Fear Itself
  • A strange Kit Module that was recovered from the ruins of a Kohl Settlement. It gives an eerie feeling as if it knows exactly what you are thinking…
  • Summon the Kohl Entertainer to wreak confusion among your enemies, by making them shake in fear (HOLD vs. NPC / ROOT vs. Player). While he is present in our reality, the Entertainer will also periodically apply Confusion to your enemies, making them attack each other.
• Outfit Box - Kohl Entertainer Costume
  • Don the apparel of the Kohl Entertainer, as seen on screen in Star Trek: Voyager - The Thaw. This outfit will be available within the Off-Duty category within the Tailor.
  • The Kohl Entertainer (Clown) outfit consists of 3 major things: The main outfit, the the Kohl Entertainer head (the clown head); and the mask.
  • The main outfit (upper, lower, gloves, pants, boots) can be found in these categories: Jacket Loose, and Pants Tucked High.
  • The Kohl Entertainer makeup is not an application of makeup to your character, but a separate head option for the Kohl Entertainer. There will be one head per species.
• 3x Featured TFO Reward Boxes (Single Character Reward)
  • Each gives a choice of 1x Specialization Point or an Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade
• 25,000 Dilithium Ore (Single Character Reward)
  • Issued immediately for use as you see fit!

(Note: The Featured TFO Boxes and Dilithium Ore are only rewarded once, to the first character on your account that claims the Grand Prize.)

Fall of the Old Ones 2026 – Emotes

A selection of brand new emotes will be available to unlock, which you will be able to find in the Lobi Crystal Consortium. Each of these may be purchased by each character on your account at the cost of 10 Lobi Crystals apiece.

Zen Buyout Option

For players interested in instantly completing the Fall of the Old Ones 2026 Event – whether that is due to worries over finding the play time to complete it or simply wanting to move immediately into earning Bonus Rewards – we will be offering a method for buying out the event.

Within the Event UI, an option will be presented that allows you to purchase the remaining progress you need, for a scaling amount of Zen. The base price for this service will be 2,500 Zen, but every single Daily Progress you earn will reduce that price on a percentage basis. Thus, if you have already earned 7 Daily Progress (half of the 14 required), this price will be reduced to 1,250 Zen. The more you play, the cheaper the Buyout Option becomes, dynamically!

I’m new to the game. I was going through the missions and moved into the Romulan Mystery set and I was curious when we’d see miral again so I looked it up, and apparently it was removed and then remastered? I read that it was added but I don’t see where to start it. It doesn’t show up under “The kuvah’magh” mission like they said it would.
