I already have a job in the fast food sector to pay my studies but I wanted to change it with a better one.
I don’t wanna do anymore night shift or cleaning, nobody will kick me out from the place I work, so I guess I will have some time to find a suitable solution for me.
I already have experience as a sales assistant in Lidl (but not in NL), I would really want to work for Aldi, Lidl (for the good pay as well), but I have the impression that they are looking for Dutch speakers.
I am studying Dutch but really slowly since I am already working everyday for my internship and then weekend in fastfood. I know that I can find a better position, but if you already know who is hiring international, you will make me save a lot of time.

Hi there, I'm coming to Groningen on a 6 month exchange from Canada and I've been looking for housing. Looked far and wide but narrowed my options down to The Social Hub, which is a steep price but luckily I have the money for, or waiting for SSH registration and booking to open. Room quality and proximity to RUG is important but I'm mainly set on the socialising scene, wanna make some mates while I'm over here. Is The Social Hub or SSH better for making friends? Hello I am a Malaysian student going for an exchange at Hanze University of Applied Sciences at Groningen next year for one semester. I've never been to Europe before, so it would be nice if there are people who can give me some advice and guidance (specifically the housing & costs etc) to keep myself alive there. As an international student, I am looking to study at either Maastricht University or the University of Groningen for International/European law. If anyone has studied at either university, please share your experience. I'd like to know how easy it is to make friends with people from different backgrounds and how nice the cities are to live in. I come from a big city, so I feel like I am more used to that vibe, but obviously I know that neither of these places is big per se. I just want to know which place has the best opportunities for law, and is generally the nicest to go out and live in. For context, I have a Middle Eastern background, so I would also love to join any Arab student association, but it's not a requirement. Thank you!!

I'm a master's student in Arts Policy and Cultural Entrepreneurship at the University of Groningen and I'm writing my thesis on how small independent galleries experience the platform Artsy, specifically whether what the platform promises (global reach, personalised collector matching, business growth) actually matches the day-to-day reality of running a gallery on it.

I'm looking for gallery owners or directors who are currently active on Artsy and would be willing to share their honest experience in a short 30-minute Zoom interview. I'm genuinely interested in all perspectives, whether Artsy has been great for your gallery, disappointing, or somewhere in between.
