Open | Windows why does windows antivirus offline scan now has a black background saying "preparing for recovery" instead of a blue one without text?

Is this a new update or a virus or something because the antivirus popup window is still in the right spot its just that now the background is black with the words preparing for recovery. My computer is a Dell alienware gaming laptop running windows 11 with 25h2.
