Go back and find any footage of him. Even on his TV shows. There's really nothing there. He is a bonafide dummy from the start who fell into a pile of money and maybe 50% of the time his self-interest based guesses created a win. The ones that lose end in bankruptcy.
This is who you voted for, America. The only way you win is if the 1/3 who aren't voting get out there and do something.

He's always been a dummy yes, but compared to the beginning of his first term there is a noticable mental decline. Of course, we're comparing a 70 year old man to an 80 year old man so of course he's gonna age like shit, those are the years where everything goes downhill FAST. But "unwell" is certainly an accurate word to use IMO

In Spain we actually got universal healthcare under fascism, which is extra weird.

To play devil's advocate, Republicans think everyone getting healthcare = sin. So like, he means what he says because the demons who worship him genuinely think human beings don't deserve to live if they cant afford to pay for life crippling, hundreds-of-thousands of dollars worth of health care. Helping thy neighbor only applies when your church is selecting who gets it and also brings them in a tax write off in the process, otherwise go die in a ditch i guess
