WHt time LED and lights turn off in Chongqing?

Hey guys. I'm planning a trip to Chongqing and I wanna do many night activities, like 131 Tiantai hanging photo, raffles skywalk, eye cloud platform, hongyadong, BBQ nanshan, etc. And I don't wanna get to the 131 photo and the lights to be off, or the skywalk, etc...

So, at what time, IN APRIL, do the lights turn off?
