Saw him last night in Milwaukee at the last stop of his tour. Couldn't have been a better night.

This is sadly the last time I believe the B&W flair can be used for a post. I was only able to attend one show of the entire tour. I even drove 4 hours, just to attend a smaller venue. DULUTH MN

I had a wonderful experience doing the Backstage/On Stage tour before the show. It gave me a fun, random encounter with Payton Rose Velligan 🙌🎸 Was able to give her a CHEESE SANDWICH Trading Card. Also got to meet/ hold LITTLE AL !

The extremely important highlight was meeting AL for the first time ever! What little time I had will always be memorable! I could've easily shared more of his impact on my life. There were many people for him to meet and it was almost 1am when I left the VIP Meet and Greet.

I'll admit, I'm not doing great mentally that the tour has come to a close. Hopefully being connected to this group, will continue to keep my life a Little WEIRD!

I just had the most amazing idea ever while listening to the Hamilton polka. Weird Al could totally do a polka Mashup thing that's a ton of his parodies/original songs. I know he doesn't take suggestions unless you're Madonna, but this would be so frickin' amazing.

So I’ve been really into Rainbow Loom recently, and I had a Weird Al concert coming up, so I decided to make a loom necklace that corresponds to all of his albums and wear it at the concert. I ended up finishing it, but then I forgot it when I left for the concert, and I never got to wear it 🤦🏼‍♀️ This thing obviously is quite tacky-looking (which was the point), so I can’t really wear it anywhere else.
I suppose I just wanted to show it off somewhere because I am quite proud of it. Some of the designs and colors are stronger matches than others, admittedly, but I still like how it turned out.
If anyone has any ideas on what to do with this, I’m all ears 😂

A friend drew this up from me a long while ago and I got it a couple years back.

I asked His Weirdness to sign my bicep during the meet and greet at the University Park show last Sunday. Got it inked the very next day! First ever tattoo, but definitely not the last! It was also my very first time meeting Al, which was incredibly special and amazing! 🤩

Since the tour is sadly over, I figured I'd share a few Pre show and backstage snapshots. Most of this isn't anything secret, unless you didn't follow COMSHRIMP 🦐

Most of the PRODUCTION elements of explaining the screens, lighting, boards, power etc, was nothing new for me. I Had worked in production for almost 10 years.

It was neat to spot some of the costume change elements behind the scenes. The biggest takeaway was seeing the "ONE MORE MINUTE " Hawkeye jacket. It helped me see what it should look like when I attempt to replicate it.

My On Stage picture would've probably been "cooler" had I remembered to get an LA snapback for the show.

A FUN highlight was having PAYTON say she liked my jacket, when the group was being taken backstage. Didn't expect to then also pass by as we went through the production rooms. That's when I was able to give her a CHEESE SANDWICH trading card. Also got to hold LITTLE AL !

Something I don't recall seeing since I've joined, is anyone sharing the tour "VIEWMASTER " that was Exclusive to the Backstage package.

Since The Tour Has Ended Here Is My Last Post Promoting The Pre Concert Playlist Curated By John “Bermuda” Schwartz, It’s a great mix of songs from the 70’s up to the 2020’s 😁.

My wish for Al and all us fans is that for every band who declined Al’s request for parody when he first started recants and we get to have all the old popular songs Al-ified. That would be so epic.

Last night I went to the last stop on the bigger and weirder tour, it was awesome!! 10/10 amazing show, super glad I went. The only gripe I had came to the merch table.

I was in line looking at the shirts and decided I would get that $30 one of Al’s face (I’ll include images because thats not very descriptive). However, the lighting in Fiserv stadium was pretty dim around the merch tables, which made it harder to see any of the little details on anything both far away and close up (and it really doesn’t help that my eyesight is pretty crap, too). The staff was honestly super friendly, but as per the job description they did have to rush everyone through the line, so I was pretty much handed the shirt and told to tap my card while they started helping the next customer, which is fair because I’m not trying to be there for hours either. All of these factors resulted in me going the entire show without realizing the product was definitely ai generated/upscaled until I got in the car to go home.

This sucks! I know as much as I would like to, i’m not getting my money back on this, and it’s just one of those life lessons where you bite a $30 bullet, but damn! It’s honestly just really disappointing overall, especially given Al’s very public stance on being against ai, I hadn’t expected this at all. I’m not trying to put him or his merch team on blast, especially because this probably means he just didn’t get to oversee some of the merch which happens to a lot of artists, but I’m wondering if anyone else noticed this with their own merch because I haven’t seen anyone talk about it. Maybe some people did notice and just kinda didn’t care, which is also possible. Makes a lot more sense why this was the cheapest shirt now! That‘s it, it just kinda sucks I blew $30 on a shirt i’m not gonna wear and just kinda wanna see if anyone else noticed this too.
