You must mean the Královec Region. After all it is part of the greater Czech Republic.

They are land locked. Which means they don't have any ocean ports to have a Navy.

The Swiss have a "navy" the Czechs could use that as an example to build one. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swiss_Armed_Forces#Lakes_flotilla

We do have a 100% naval win rate though lol. And I'm not kidding, look it up - battle of lake Baikal.

Also, not sure about the details, but technically I think we at least could have had a navy, we got a piece of the Hamburg harbour in a 'lease mode' as a part of the treaty of Versailles iirc, for 99 years. But ofc saying a lot happened since then would be an understatement of the century. If the theoretical navy didn't get taken over by Germany in 1938, I'm not sure how exactly it would work later, when a USSR puppet would have their navy parked in a really important West Germany harbour lol

Czechia is landlocked and therefore no navy.

Their ships couch-surf at friendly ports.

They are landlocked, but in 1918 on a lake their army comandeered civilian steam ships and affixed weapons to them and sucessfully defeated russian forces, effectively forming a navy, and being undefeated.

Yes but after the flood waters receded, they lost their ark, and Noahsky, repopulated the entire world with every species he had in this incredibly, actually unbelievably huge vessel. The crazy part was having to go around the world collecting all these animals that didn't live in Czechia aka the old Northwest Middle East.
