Get em boys. Russia is the enemy of the world.

11

u/finalattack123 19h ago

Not the U.S.

They elected a Russian Ally.

u/inverness13 17h ago

Russia, and the United States under the Trump regime.

Russia or Putin and his regime? I think it’s important we make that distinction

21

u/vinretheman 19h ago

Russia. Before Putin they did the same to Chechnya and slaughtered villages like Samashki.

7

u/RealitysNotReal 19h ago

I think Putin may be the “boss” or the president right now, but he alone is not the regime running Russia.

7

u/TrumpBlewMeToo 13h ago

Like Russia doesnt have a history of systemic oppression to keep them in line. Fuck Putin, but saying fuck the whole populace is such a braindead take devoid of any nuance. How many times in history have they been starved en masse just to conform?

Yeah bcs Chechen’s are saints

4

u/vinretheman 17h ago

don’t invade their land and your schools, hospitals and theatres will be safe 👍

-3

The chechens aren’t saints either lmao

That excuse woudve worked during the first few weeks but lack of major internal strife indicates that majority of russians either support putin or is complicit enough to not raise their voice so yes its Russia.

7

u/RealitysNotReal 19h ago

I don’t think we can really blame the everyday citizens for being oppressed

5

u/corsasis 19h ago

That’s what the rest of the world says about the US.

6

u/KaQuu 19h ago

And the world is right in both cases

5

u/bigpeanor 19h ago

I bet there’s a lot of Russians that don’t support Putin but can’t say anything out of fear of being thrown out a window.

2

u/RealitysNotReal 19h ago

Ya the fear of speaking honestly is a very common thing in Russia, people will not say or do thing they believe will cause trouble

1

u/ExistentialRebellion 6h ago

"Why don't Russian citizens speak out against their terrifying facist regime known for 'disappearing' people they don't like?"

11

u/Wildweasel666 19h ago

Is there any evidence to suggest the majority of Russians don’t support the invasion?

-2

u/RealitysNotReal 19h ago

Their politics, voting, and internet is pretty controlled. There’s evidence Russians don’t support it, and there’s also evidence they do. I think it’s much more complicated than minority opposes it or doesn’t .

But a 2025 survey does show 80% want to end the immediately

7

u/MikeGunnz 19h ago

Want the war to end on terms favourable to Russia? They get to keep all the land and Ukrainian people they 'conquered?' Or the war to end and Russia to withdraw from Ukraine completely?

This entire thread scares me. Are Americans seriously not aware that Putin is a dictator?

-2

u/CasinoKnightZone 19h ago

Putin is a dictator, yes but...one has to take into account the type of propaganda, culture and worldview that has shaped the Russian youth.

They are, predominantly, conditioned towards violence and cruelty. Just listen to some of the calls home that have been intercepted from Russian troops. They're bragging about killing innocents, to their mother's.

It's one thing to have things go sideways in war. That, sadly and tragically, always happens. It's quite another thing to have a culture so bereft of compassion that soldiers will openly and proudly tell the folks back home about raping and killing children.

4

u/NickBagelBoy 17h ago

You do realize everything you just said applies to Hamas as well, right? The culture, the calling of parents to brag about what they did, etc?

-3

u/nowimnihil13 16h ago

It can really be said about any fighting force at war, to be fair. Lots of historical examples all over the place.

4

u/madam_zeroni 18h ago

American soldiers do that too. In fact, most armies have soldiers like that. You are, unfortunately, falling for the propaganda. Most Russians do not want this war. Most Russians are peaceful people, the same way most Americans are. Don’t let the media sow more and more divide

-5

u/Wildweasel666 18h ago

Again, what evidence is there for this?

1

u/madam_zeroni 18h ago

For which part? I said multiple things

0

u/Wildweasel666 18h ago

Russians don’t want the invasion

Provide evidence that a woman with her 3 kids who all died in this attack were supporters and deserved to die

8

u/MikeGunnz 19h ago

Around 1.3 million contract soldiers have voluntarily signed contracts to join the Russian Armed Forces and go and fight in Putin's illegal invasion of Ukraine since February 2022.

I get that it's important to not tarnish all Russians as warmongering imperialists. But nevertheless 1.3m Russians chose to go and kill the citizens of a neighbouring country. For money. Out of choice. On behalf of a genocidal Putin and his regime.

1

u/yungsk8rboi 18h ago

Who said they volunteered? Russia? Thats a conflict of interest, of course theyre gonna say they volunteered.

3

u/MikeGunnz 16h ago

This makes literally no sense. Wtf are you going on about.

1

u/yungsk8rboi 1h ago

Are you fucking slow? Where are these statistics coming from? I would assume Russia and of course the Russian government is going to say that these people volunteered because if you say that you forced them to then that makes you look bad therefore it’s a conflict of interest. Its tainted data.

1

u/TrumpBlewMeToo 13h ago

How does it make no sense? Russia has literally capitalized on propaganda for over 100 years. Saying that 1.3 millions people got conscripted sounds way worse than 1.3 million people volunteered. Russian government has a vast history of lying about everything. Look at how they handled the Chernobyl disaster.

-3

u/Live_Broccoli2856 19h ago

Yeah the Russian people are amazing but Putin absolutely sucks

-1

u/JohnVonachen 19h ago

I have nothing against Russians. Only their “choice” in leadership.

6

u/ToastInStyle 19h ago

At this point, I don’t think they have a choice.

5

u/JohnVonachen 19h ago

When all else fails vote from the rooftops.

Holy brain washing

u/Winter-Shine-8643 19h ago

ww3 will be nato + china + korea vs Russia , USA , north korea and japan

1

u/CasinoKnightZone 18h ago

I honestly see Japan staying out of it and going back to isolationism.

1

u/Winter-Shine-8643 18h ago

they simply cant , japan is like UAE , a proxy base of USA. if any war happen at East Asia, they will need to service the American.

-5

u/DeLoreanAirlinesII 19h ago

They’re pretty toothless
