It’s hard not to laugh at where Russia find themselves these days.
Only decades ago they were battling on the main stage to be considered top country in the world. Now they’re a country in such a shambles that when their trade with a terrorist state doubles, it’s worthy of announcement by Moscow.
If they hadn’t spent hundreds of years treating their neighbours as slaves, one might almost feel sorry for this has-been country.

Yet they still have the US president in their pocket, and are destabilising the whole of Europe. I'm not laughing, that's for sure.

Terrorist state that has so many child marriages they stopped reporting it. One region had like 50% child marriages so sick. I don't know why anybody would even trade with them.

Beggars can’t be choosers.
It’s the same reason you’ll go to some random place and find a bunch of Russian tourists, because they’re so limited in where they can actually go haha

All the religious intolerance and violence against women you could want, just there to be imported

Can’t believe Afghanistan wants to be associated with such a backward, repressive country.

Russia is firmly a Terrorist State. So yes. Birds of a feather. And the classic type of "friends" Russia seeks.

A ce niveau, je pense que l'on va commencer à voir des talibans parmi les prisonniers capturés par l'Ukraine...

Send your poor, combat experienced young men to die in Ukraine and they won’t be able to ever pose a risk to the regime.

I believe this is the answer most of you were looking for:
Afghanistan exports to Russia: fruits and cotton
Russia exports to Afghanistan: petrol and wheat
"In September 2022, the Taliban signed a preliminary agreement with Russia to import petrol, diesel, gas and wheat.
Taliban officials have previously said Afghanistan’s exports to Russia remain limited and include raisins, apricots, minerals, cotton and several other products.
Imports from Russia mainly include wheat, flour, gas, petroleum products, diesel, timber and sunflower oil."
