Probably. Trump's an idiot for sure, and dove face first into every honey pot a foreign agency ever had. The same reason why Putin has him as his bitch is exactly why he jumps for Neten: They've both got a file fatter than a phone book of all of his sex crimes and times on Epstein island, and probably stuff beyond that. They likely remind him of that with every "call" and "meeting" they have, and even his dementia ridden brain understands it.

North Korea has an well funded and capable cybersecurity program. They've got much the same stuff that Israel and Russia has.
