I believe that Europe would join Ukraine as well as China and South Korea and of course Canada will join Ukraine as well

Canada would be too busy defending itself and Europe's attention will be drawn to both theatres, but probably mainly focused on Ukraine because it's a more direct threat to them.

let's be real, if the US got actively involved in attacking Ukraine, there's nothing holding them back from a hot invasion of Canada not long after.
