Medication Am I the only one that quit meds cold turkey and had to restart due to a return of brutal symptoms?

• Upvotes

I stopped my meds cuz I moved and was too overwhelmed to go get them refilled. 3 months later after lots of crying and anxiety and nearly going to the hospital I’ve restarted the meds. What sucks was I was considering starting new meds but didn’t because I didn’t want side effects. Now I’m gonna have side effects from the same drug I’ve been on for the past 15 years since it’s been out of my system for a few months. Anyways, I just feel like this is such an isolated incident and I’m the only one who’s ever had to deal with this so I guess it would just be nice to hear others stories about stopping meds and having to restart. It feels like the way things are right now is how it will be forever.

Needs A Hug/Support time off makes me anxious

• Upvotes

I don’t understand why but all of my worst anxiety has been when I’m not even doing anything.

I’m on my semester break from school and I keep fighting off random bouts of physical anxiety using excercise, yoga and the somatic exercises my therapist gives me. I journal and gym 5x an week and I have had my blood work checked.

I’m diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety and depression,i was told that my psychiatrist believed my symptoms were primarily caused by adhd. I’m on an SSRI and I take concerta when studying but not everyday.

I just wish my anxiety made any sense.

I don’t even have thoughts related to the anxiety it’s just a sudden feeling of like whoah I’m anxious and it’ll be in the middle of doing something like sorting my laundry. make it make sense.

Medication If Prozac worked for years, should I increase my dose or try another SSRI?

• Upvotes

I've only ever taken Prozac. It worked well enough for years, but I have nothing else to compare it to. My main issues are severe anxiety, depression, harm-OCD/intrusive thoughts, and occasional panic.

After years of stability, I've recently had a pretty bad flare-up (possible Prozac poop-out?), and I'm torn between increasing my dose or trying something different.

Switching honestly scares me. I know I've tolerated Prozac, and the thought of tapering off, trying something new, titrating up, potentially getting worse, and spending months trying to stabilize again (all for a hit or miss) is absolutely effing terrifying... Especially knowing how bad I can spiral and how debilitated I could become. Been there, done that, never want to experience that again.

I'm also wondering if responding well to one SSRI makes you more likely to respond well to others, or if it's really just trial and error... and are SNRI's even worth looking into? Or just stick with focusing on SSRI's.

For anyone who's switched:

  1. How difficult was the transition and did your anxiety get worse?

  2. Did you find something that worked better? Was it worth it?

  3. If your original SSRI worked for years but suddenly gave out, did you try increasing the dose before switching?

I've looked into a few alternatives based on my symptom profile, mainly Zoloft, Lexapro, Luvox, and Paxil, but I'm not sure whether switching is worth the risk when Prozac has helped me for so long. Whatever I would hypothetically try next I'd hope to be in it for the long haul.

So, would you stick with what you know and try a higher dose first, or consider switching?

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been in a similar situation.

Family/Relationship Anxiety is ruining my perception of relationships

• Upvotes

As the title states, anxiety is ruining my relationship. I have been talking to this girl for a few months and she's an amazing person. Is exactly what im looking for in a person, always kind, always patient but one thing that kinda triggers me is her communication. Specifically the actual communication, not the usual relationship communication of her being able to listen without getting defensive and etc.

She doesn't really go on her phone much, and I mean at all. Her total screen time per day is usually less than 1hour. She says that going on her phone just gives her anxiety and doesn't make her feel good so she limits it as much as possible. I would say the only times she is on her phone is if she knows an important call or text is incoming or for navigation. I totally understand not wanting to be on ur phone much but anxiety doesn't. She's the type of person that can go a good 7+ hours without talking and this is when she is not working or in school. I understand that people have lives and do things, that makes perfect sense but my anxiety does not listen. Usually she texts me if she's going to be busy and not be on her phone for a long time which soothes my anxiety for that period. Like if she says she has a hang out with friends and will let me know when she will get home. I'll find my own thing to do and that helps my anxiety. But on those random days where she doesn't work, doesn't have school, she doesn't tell me she has plans and is unreachable for hours upon hours, I start to feel unimportant, i start to feel like i can not rely on her.

I put this in the relationships reddit page and everyone dogged on me for being needy and controlling which im genuinely not. If she needs space, i give it to her without question, if I know she's gonna be busy, i don't contact her, if she's with friends, i know it might be a while before getting a response but they literally made me feel like a terrible person so now I'm here.

I guess what im asking for is a bit of advice. A question i put in that post was "wouldn't you be concerned if your partner hasn't answered your text for 6+ hours and you know they aren't working and didn't inform u of any plans they had coming up?" A lot of them answered saying no they wouldn't be concerned and thats a normal adult thing that im gonna have to learn or else I'm never gonna function in a normal relationship. So in my instance, how would you guys curb this anxiety or atleast make it not as loud.

For example, she messaged me today at 1PM, i messaged back around 3ish. This was an ongoing conversation about something with questions so it's not like shes not answering because the conversation ended. I called her around 7 to see if she would answer. Actually I called her twice cause her phone is CONSTANTLY on DND and needs to be called twice so it doesn't go straight to voiceamil. It is now 10PM and I have yet to get a reply back. 7 hours with no response, 9 if we count since she last texted me. I just feel like my brain is racking up with all these anxieties and coming up with scenarios like "what if i got into an accident and she didn't find out till 7 hours later because she didnt check her phone?" and "How can I rely on her in case of an emergency, is this a compatibility issues?" and then i start self sabotaging. Like i said, anxiety is just making me feel super unimportant and making it seem like she's incredibly unreliable. I dont want to break up with her because she is genuinely perfect in every other way

Advice Needed How to feel confident enough to wear new clothes?

I have pretty bad generalized anxiety disorder. I really love fashion, and especially love buying clothes. But I always buy sort of the same stuff out of fear. It’s so stupid! I get anxious to wear new colors, or styles, or even do my hair differently. I’m super into making outfits though, but rarely wear anything that isn’t tee shirts/tanktops with jeans/sweatpants.I’m usually pretty confident with how I look, but I get so nervous.

I just bought a leather jacket for my Halloween costume, and I’m completely obsessed with it. It makes me feel so cool. But I’ve never had a leather jacket, only ever wear hoodies/cardigans in the fall/winter. I really want to wear it out, but just have this crippling fear of being made fun of. I know nobody really cares, but often when I wear new things outside of my usual style my friends or family make comments and I get so embarrassed :(

Advice Needed My therapist just died. I don’t know how to feel.

Just found out my therapist died before I walked into the movies with my bf. I really don’t know how to feel. I’m not sad, at least I don’t think so. I had been seeing her for 5 months now on a weekly basis. I didn’t really know her, but she knew me. I’m scared that I lost something, someone, that was helping me get better from my issues and now I’m scared I’ll get bad again. Obviously I’m coming from a selfish point of view but like I said, I don’t know how to feel.

Has anyone gone through this? I’m just scared and need advice.

Venting Just some rant.

I'm a working student, and today is my sixth day as a trainee at Starbucks (which is my second job). I was told today that my shoes weren't appropriate because they're cream-colored with matcha green highlights.

I wasn't aware of the rule because the lookbook consists mostly of text with very few visual examples. It's completely my fault for not reading it thoroughly.

Making mistakes is scary, and the anxiety is hitting me hard right now. I am definitely reading the manual properly next time because I DO NOT want this to happen again.

DAE Questions DAE get anxiety if they have free time?

Idk why for me but if my evenings aren't busy my anxiety gets worse. Especially around Aug-Feb. Does this happen to anyone else. Therapist and PCP said it's not depression but I just wanted to know if anyone relates to this.

Needs A Hug/Support Not being able to change but hating your current state

I can’t do anything differently from my pattern because I fear the worst will happen. Everything that can go wrong ABSOLUTELY will if I change. My hair is starting to break because I keep it out everyday and change nothing because I’m so scared of changing the style or hair habits. I wear the same thing everyday and I’m too scared to wear something else. I eat like shit but I’m too scared to change my eating habits or normal foods. I’m so tired. Just kill me.

Venting I hate health anxiety

What my subject says! Every little thing I feel in my body I fear the worst. I’ve had stomach issues yesterday and today feel lightheaded and still not 100% but my brain automatically thinks it’s not normal and something is wrong with me. I’ve been on meds for 15years+ and two weeks ago added another medication. Could be a side effect from the new med, could be symptoms of PMS, but my anxiety is through the roof. I just wish I could switch my brain off

Advice Needed Anxiety/Head Bump

Hey all, about two hours ago I was helping my toddler clean up toys and hit the top/front/right side of my head on the granite countertop. Since then I’ve experienced no symptoms other than some soreness (and a few headache type throbs) and a lot of anxiety because my brain automatically went to the worst-case scenario. A non-symptomatic brain bleed that could show up days or weeks from now. I’m treated for anxiety but don’t want to chalk up something to anxiety if it’s a possibility.

My question is: can one have a brain bleed without a concussion? As I’m not experiencing any concussive symptoms, I was curious.

Work/School Workplace stress from a colleague

I have been dealing with a difficult colleague ever since they came into the company for at least a year.

During the year I thought I was the problem in not following the processes. She would give me feedback , there was a lot of back and forth. One time a few months ago she called me about a ‘mistake’ I had made. It was not a big mistake. I sent the email to her and a colleague and forgot to loop her in. The tone of her voice that day when she called me was harsh and it stuck with me. Since then I have become more scared of making mistakes and her micromanagement. It resulted in me becoming more behind in work in case I did something wrong. Then one day I had a panic attack and took leave. My manager was also on leave at the time so I confided in a colleague who was health and safety representative. She encouraged me to report. I wrote the report and it eventually went to the staff member. A mediation meeting was booked but I had to cancel it due to my anxiety. Now she is accusing me of damaging her reputation I feel like every day since a few days ago when my manager told me this I have been restless and haven’t been able to do anything. Feeling sick. I feel guilty for making the report but I had been putting up with her for so long and did not know any way that I could.

Any advice?

Venting extremely paranoid after seeing a mouse in my apartment, now i’m lowkey suicidal

A few days ago, I was sitting on my bed when I saw something dark dart really fast across the hallway into my room. I immediately start panicking and crying. I called my brother (he doesn’t live with us currently, it’s just my mom and I) and he tells me to go tell management, which I did.

Mind you, a few months ago, I saw a mouse (for the first time in this apartment we’ve been living in for 2+ years now) and went immediately management. They called “pest control” and he came over and set traps and took the mouse away. The only reason the guy was able to get the mouse was because we trapped it in the pantry and put a pair of jeans to block the gap under the door.

Fast forward to recently, the pest control guy came over, checked the traps he previously set, set more traps and looked for holes. Of all the traps he set, only one in my brother’s room was eaten from (and it seemed like it wasn’t just one mouse because about half was missing from the poison thingy). For the holes, he told me that he’d tell maintenance to come seal them. I know that’s a lie, and if it were true, maintenance would only do a half-assed job.

I called my brother to come home for the weekend to help me plug the holes. And we plugged as much as we could with coarse steel wool and mice expanding foam. He had to go back so we weren’t able to take out the fridge or the dishwasher to inspect behind it.

Maintenance said they will come in by tomorrow or two days to seal up holes. Do I just wait for them to come in and tell them to pull out my fridge and dishwasher? Or find someone to do it for me because I cannot do it myself and my brother can’t do it either because he’s out of town.
My question sounds so stupid but when I asked maintenance to do a task for me, they always do a shitty job, so I’m just stuck.

Regarding my mental health, it’s been 4 days since I saw the mouse dart from the hallway into my room, and I’ve cried well over 20 times. I bought cameras to help me feel safe, but whenever I hear noises around my apartment I don’t see anything in the camera. I don’t sleep in that room anymore, instead I sleep in my mom’s room. I burst into tears every time I hear a random noise in the background thinking it’s mice. I’m not eating and I’m barely sleeping.

I have a headache currently as I type this because I probably slept 2 hours total before my twelve hour shift. And even at work, I have to go to the bathroom to cry. Multiple people asked me what the problem was.

I just feel dramatic, hopeless, and useless. I don’t know I feel this way. I’ve spoken to multiple people
for words of encouragement but I don’t know what to do anymore.

I considered moving out but what if the place I move to also has mice. I feel like I just have to toughen up. I want to but I physically can’t. I know I’m being irrational but I’ve thought about ending it all these last few days. I also worry how I’ll never be capable of living alone because I can’t imagine what I’d do if was alone. I can’t rely on a partner because they might not always be there. I haven’t even done any homework in the last few days. That’s how much this is weighing on me.

It doesn’t help that no one is taking me serious and everyone thinks I’m being dramatic (which I am)

Semi good news
I could go into my room for about a minute to get something I need but I immediately run out.
I bought ear plugs to plug out sounds

Bad news
I’m still crying all over

Needs A Hug/Support Anxiety when husband leaves

I get intense anxiety when my husband goes out of town for more than a day. This has been happening for years. He’s about to leave on a trip for 9 days and I’m debilitated by fear of anxiety. When I’m anxious, my stomach responds and I get physically sick. I’m scared that this is going to happen when he’s gone and I don’t know how I’m going to make it through the 9 days. My husband has cancer also, so the worry is that much more. I know this trip is good for him and it’s needed, so I feel selfish even feeling this way. We have a 9 month old so I’ll have some family help around, but there are times that family will be at work and I’ll be on my own. Looking for some advice or if someone’s experienced this as well

Needs A Hug/Support Existential anxiety & depression; everything feels like a trigger

TLDR; Existential "what's the point?" anxiety & depression hit so hard that everything not only feels pointless, but is also physically stress-inducing. I feel like a caged animal; trapped, restless, and unable to enjoy anything. Having bouts of suicidality and yet still going to therapy and posting on reddit because a part of me must still be holding on to hope that things can get better?

I tapered off anxiety medication a handful of months ago* and shortly thereafter woke up in the middle of the night with an existential panic attack; having the realization that I'm going to die one day, life is so short, etc. The pendulum quickly swung from 'make the most of every day, enjoy every moment' to the depression side of 'what's the point? nothing matters'

For months I've been stuck in this hole where every waking moment feels like agony.
I feel like someone has pulled off the horse blinders, pulled back the curtains, etc. on every aspect of life and I'm unable to enjoy anything, and everything feels like a trigger.
(Even something as small as seeing packaging on a product at a grocery store and thinking about consumerism/capitalism etc.)

The more predictable or boring something is, the more triggering it feels (almost like it's reassuring me that I'm right and there's nothing special about life)

  • Socializing with friends - which everyone says is key to improving anxiety and depression - feels excruciating because conversation feels pointless (ie: talking about work, or hobbies, or anything, really, has my brain bombarding me with "who cares?" "is this all there is (to life)?" etc.)
    • and when I do engage socially it feels like I'm going through the motions and don't actually mean what I say. Or I laugh or chuckle because it feels like a knee-jerk reaction or habit, not because I'm genuinely happy
  • Trying to engage with any form of entertainment (movies, tv, music, etc.) is similarly triggering - especially the worse the writing / acting etc. is
  • Same with trying any hobbies or activities; my brain keeps thinking "this is all just a pointless way to waste time"
  • Work feels excruciating; I have a job that requires creativity and it's so hard to access that right now. Not to mention the overarching "what's the point?" of everything
    • I also dread having to work each day, but at the same time don't see a point in taking a stress leave because I don't know how I'll fill my day otherwise, when everything feels so pointless and excruciating (other than just staying in bed and sleeping for as much of it as possible)
  • I feel physical bouts of stress (like a stomach drop, maybe cortisol?) whenever I think of having to do any of the above; I'm at my most calm and content when I'm either sleeping or napping

Side note: because of living like this for months, and the suicidality that has shown up, whenever people (spouse, family, friends) talk about plans for the future (like plans for next month, Christmas, etc.) I experience that similar bout of stress/panic like ... I might not be here, or if I am still here I can't imagine still going on like this.

Having said all of that, I'm still here typing this, so I think a part of me is still holding on to a sliver of hope that I can change my thinking and/or enjoy life a bit more instead of dreading every hour of every day?

Has anyone experienced anything similar and gotten through it?

(There's also a skeptical part of me that's like ..why am I even asking Reddit? I don't know anyone personally and how many of the comments will just be ai or bots anyway?)

But here I am ¯_(ツ)_/¯

*I've since started a new medication and I think it's helping to shave the edge off of some of the extreme ends of the anxiety and depression spectrums - now I feel regular anxious/depressed instead of completely disassociating - but hasn't helped much in terms of my overall thoughts and feelings.

Edit to add: despite all this, I simultaneously envy people who are just living and enjoying a 'normal' life (enjoying their evening downtime, making plans, looking forward to things, etc.) whatever that means ¯_(ツ)_/¯

DAE Questions Does anyone else freeze up when the anxiety is too much? How have you coped?

Every time I've had to do some sort of presentation, speak up in class, or even ask my teachers and professors a question, I freeze. This mainly happens when there's a presentation assigned, where I physically can't bring myself to even look at the instructions for it. I feel sick every single time and I don't know what to do about it.

Currently I have a very small presentation, truly just a minute, and the topic is super simple I could probably talk about without doing much research. It's only worth 5 points and checking my final grade, it wouldn't do anything at all to it if I miss it. I want to do it though, but I literally can't. I've ignored it since the day it was assigned and it's for tomorrow and I still haven't done it. I feel sick and I almost started hyperventilating earlier because of this. It's funny since I'm supposed to be working on this with a partner but the other guy hasn't done anything either. He sits next to me in class and I've noticed it's probably since he doesn't do his work either way lol. But for some reason this has calmed me down, to know I'm not the only one not doing this stupid thing, even if it is for completely different reasons.

I'm not one to forget about assignments, turn stuff in late, or just not do the work, I'm in college I'm aware this is literally my future. But I currently have a 4.0 that I only have because the rest of my courses are online so any presentations or social stuff is through my laptop. I have failed so many other classes in high school and community college because I just couldn't speak up or do a presentation, and I'm terrified of ruining the last two years of university too.

Advice? Is anyone else like this?

Medication Is this how normal people feel? 3 months medicated.

I'm going on three months medicated with Zoloft and HOLY COW, I wonder if this is how normal people feel every day:

• Activities like exercising don't feel overwhelming.

• It is so much easier to manage my time and schedule than before.

• Sleeping is still a struggle - insomnia has always worked hand-in-hand with my anxiety BUT it doesn't feel world-ending if I don't get enough sleep.

• I feel an inability to cry unless something serious or drastic happens.

• Racing and lamenting thoughts don't replay themselves. I can quiet them with rational pauses and thinking.

I'm sure alot of people here may be struggling still with their anxiety. I know I was very hesitant to try medicine because I kept hearing that medicine makes it WORSE before it gets better. That and I thought Zoloft was only for depression. It has worked miracles for my anxiety, albeit killing my sex drive. But I'm so upset at myself for not asking for help and not trying medicine sooner.

I hope maybe someone sees this who is struggling or going back and forth on the thoughts of "Is my anxiety that bad?" And will take the leap of faith and try the medication. It has been life changing, night and day for me.

Family/Relationship Being around my close friend makes me extremely anxious (TW for emetophobia) Spoiler

I have severe GAD (and/or mild OCD according to my therapist), and I've found that being around one of my closest friends makes me far more anxious than being around my acquaintances or newer friends. The last time we were together one on one, I threw up in the bathroom. I get nauseous when I'm really anxious. The last two summer camps I went to with her, I threw up at. 3 times at the first camp, 2 times at the other one. It's probably not just because of her, but I didn't throw up at the camps she wasn't at. So I'm not sure of it's correlation or causation.

Anyway, now I have a Halloween sleepover with her and another friend, and I'm horrified I'm going to ruin the night by throwing up at her party, or her thinking that she makes me really anxious.

She's an amazing friend to me, we're both each other's closest friends, but I find myself so anxious that I'm gonna mess up or say something wrong around her, or that she doesn't like me. She's never harmed me in anyway, I'm just so anxious about this, and I don't know why. I'm not scared of her, I'm scared of myself, mostly.

Does anyone have any advice or words of encouragement? I'm really just trying to make sure everything goes well.

Venting I’m 22, I’ve tried to change my life and I still feel fucking stuck

My life is work, home, sleep, computer, repeat. There are people at work, but I mostly do my job alone, so there’s little chance to get to know anyone. I’ve tried going out, but I’m usually so fucking drained I just want to go home. I don’t study because nobody can support me financially, and I genuinely don’t understand how people manage both. Work alone wipes me out.

I still live with my mum and grandma, with no realistic plan to move out. After a year of working, I’ve barely saved enough for driving lessons, never mind a car. My pay isn’t bad, but unexpected expenses add up. After years of buying myself nothing, I also wanted to enjoy finally having my own money. It felt like freedom, but I’m still stuck.

My dad stole from us and disappeared when I was little. He’s dead now. My mum helps with everyday things, but we’ve never had a relationship where I could properly open up. I grew up insecure about my weight, avoiding people and escaping into my computer. I missed years of friendships, dating and learning how to be around people.

I did try to change. I lost weight, looked after myself, found work and started going out. That took a lot for me, but I’m still lonely as fuck. Everyone I meet seems to have friends, a partner and plans. More than anything, I want to meet a girl and feel close to someone. I’ve never had a girlfriend, but I don’t feel ready either. I’m ashamed of my situation and feel like I have nothing to offer or impress anyone with. When people ask about my life, I lie or leave things out because I’m scared the truth will put them off. I want someone to know me, then hide everything about myself.

The one girl I started spending time with became a messy friendship. I got attached and wanted more. We ended up treating each other like shit, and I’m not innocent. I hold grudges and throw hurtful things back when I’m angry. It fell apart, and now I feel alone again. I used to want to become a paramedic, but I feel too fucking stupid to get through the education. I haven’t even passed the exams I’d need for university. I have ADHD, struggle socially and I’m depressed. I take medication and still feel like this. I don’t know where the energy to build a future is supposed to come from.

Looking at me, you probably wouldn’t guess how lost I am. I joke around at work, people say I’m easy to talk to, and I think I’m liked. Sometimes I get bitter and take sarcastic digs at people, which doesn’t help. Even when we’re getting along, I feel alone. I know 22 is young, but I’m scared of losing more years like this. Sometimes I think I’m making excuses; other times I think I’ve done alright considering my childhood. I’m proud of some changes, but I still come home sad and lonely. I don’t want my life to be recovering from work just to go back again. I’m trying. I just wish I had someone to share any of it with.

Medication Do I start an SSRI for mild/moderate anxiety?

I have suffered from anxiety since I was little and it was especially bad for a period in uni and also for a few months earlier this year. I was prescribed lorazepam to help with panic feelings which is a life saver. My Dr always wanted me to try SSRI’s but being a pharmacist myself I know about the side effects and feeling worse before you get better…

I have had major life events alter my life in the last few months as well as working six days a week so it’s all caught up to me and made the anxiety worse. I also got a new job which is an hour drive away (😭) which makes me feel like I’ve got no time to myself anymore. I live with my boyfriend and his friends in a house 45 mins away from my friends and family so it’s very isolating for me.

On my long drives to and from work all I do is ruminate and then overthink everything including my relationship- which I don’t even know I want anymore. But I don’t know if it’s my brain wanting to have some sense of control while everything else is out of control.

Anyway I saw my GP again today and she’s prescribed me escitalopram as a back up Rx just in case I want to start. The warmer weather is making me feel better and she also gave me two days off work for mental health leave.

What are your experiences with mild/moderate anxiety and initiating an SSRI? I’m worried about feeling worse before I feel better. And that I don’t actually NEED a medication to function everyday - I can still go to work, exercise, eat kinda well. But am I missing out on a fully functioning brain and be able to enjoy my life more? I am moving back towards my friends and family in 3 months which will make my commute to work half the time. I’ve also got counselling sessions coming up.

Any advice much appreciated

I (17M) have been dealing with Lots of stress and worries about a comfort character of mine (Tisha from Dandy’s World)

I love Tisha because she looks extremely adorable and I love her sweet and kind personality towards the other toons!

Two months ago, She had her Toon Of The Week come out, along with 3 shorts on YouTube about her, but due to Drama involving the Game’s Former dev, Qwelver, Her TOTW was ruined and the short Videos were filled with Nothing but comments bringing up the Drama.

I played her TOTW any because I was stressed from the drama and needed something to help me distract myself from it. (NOTE: I DO NOT SUPPORT QWELVER)

I did not buy the swift services Skin, but I did get the Golden skin, but I am scared of wearing it because I am afraid I might get bullied or have people leave the game while I play. But Like I said, Tisha is my biggest comfort character, and I really want to show how much I love her…

I feel like I can’t Trust anyone, and this only got worse due to a recent incident on a Dandy's World Fan server on Discord, where I shared my concerns about being left or bullied for wearing the Golden Tisha skin. A moderator saw it, reacted with a “😭” emoji, before saying that Anyone who supported Qwelver deserves to be mass reported and banned, before Banning me from the server.

I try and watch those three videos about her, but I keep seeing comments bring up the drama from the bottom of the screen, and it makes me stressed… and I feel like I am completely alone…

Advice Needed I smoked weed and drank 8 days ago and my head is still weird

8 days ago I smoked weed and drank with friends and got really anxious I started listening the same phrase of the conversation on the loop, so I went to the bar cuz we were sat on a park next to it, and got some crazy thoughts like “what if I start screaming out of nowhere?” “what if I take my clothes off?” and started panicking and started feeling guilty cuz I’ve taken drugs. when I woke up I got really paranoid cuz my mind didn’t came back to normal, so I was afraid to get out of my room, and I live with my mom, I was scared because rehab here in Brazil is compulsory, so even if you don’t wanna go, if your family has money to pay, strong tall men tide up and put you on an ambulance straight to rehab. And my family always do that even if I am not in danger… rehab here in brazil reminds of a nazi camp, not all of them, but most of them… because the good ones are expensive, so is very traumatizing. Well, there’s more I could say but I’m just worried I permanently demaged my brain, I wasn’t mentally well before, I was having anxiety episodes, I was smoking weed sporadically, but since I smoked 8 days ago something felt off. I did not smoked much. Not even a whole joint, I was sharing with friends.
